Seems like a good price as you can get silver edition which include Steelbook and two expansion passes at price of standard edition. Next cheapest I can see is £49.99 @ Amazon.

Pre-Order Forge Your Army DLC:

  • Pre-order now to receive: Four Legendary Orc Champions & Exclusive Sword of Dominion

Middle Earth Shadow of War Silver Edition Includes:

  • Steelbook (Artwork TBC)
  • Silver War Chest

Note for SteelBook collectors - this isn't a SteelBook, but an alternative design metal case.

Ignore the loot box drama surrounding it, I played 60+ hours and not once did the game felt restricted because of it.

Have some heat mate, love the steelbook.
You'd think they would have decided on the artwork by now
Loving this game it is massive tho takes a while to get going but will recommend to anyone who loved the first one

I bought the Silver edition because I loved the first game so much. My honest opinion is that it wasn't worth it. The game itself is not as good as the first - its obvious the mechanics have changed, and yes you can completely ignore the loot boxes if you want, but its clear that the Orcs have been watered down and made less unique because of the desire to sell boxes. In addition, during my 40ish hours with the game I saw no obvious thing that was clearly there because I had the Silver edition bonuses
Tempted at this price... Though I ordered the studio switch deal yesterday so should probably be good.
Includes two DLC Orc tribes sold online at PSN @ £11.99 EACH.
...and a sword. An 'epic sword of dominion' apparently.
Bought this at Argos over XMAS for £34.

I really enjoyed what I've played of this so far, I picked it up around the same time as Assassin's Creed Origins & Forza 7, so it's being juggled around other games at the moment. But it's held my attention a lot longer than the original did, that I soon became tired of.

Looks great on the Xbox One X and definitely think it's worth this price for the steelbook edition.
Xbox edition is OS now
Good price for the silver edition. Purchased and heat added. Thanks Nihir. 😊
Is it a steelbook this time??? Never liked Warner Bros cases, Shadow of Mordor had a terrible embossed one!
Genuine question - is there any option for field of view yet? Hated my first try on console as camera was too close to character.

In my entire life, I've only ever seen a small handful of console games with an FOV setting. Most devs/publishers are, justifiably, against including it as the impact it has on performance essentially means the game will run badly with it turned up or they have to sacrifice visual quality when at the default setting, which the vast majority of people will leave it at. Seems unlikely they'd have put one in here.

Not relevant to this game, but IIRC call of duty world war 2 has FOV slider on xbox (not sure about ps4 version).
Great price, especially considering you get half of the season pass content included. This is by far the best deal for this game so far. Heated and ordered!
seems like great deal.

Cheers , looks half decent to be honest but the quality isnt as good as a steelbook in past experiences!!
Was in Jim Sterling's worst games based on the fact the best aspects of the Nemesis system were borked by the loot box design.

I fancy the game but am happy not to buy till I can get it for $3 like Mordor.
Good deal, heat added. Was looking for this metal case as the one on tesco was sold out. Would probably sell the game and dlc as have got them on PC already.
Heat added. I was looking to buy this when the GOTY came out but just ordered this. Thanks

Can do it on pc version. Field of view plain sucks on console port considering the amount of combat.

HEAT! I loved the first one and have been waiting for a while to get a bit of a deal on this. I don't mind forking out around £30 if there's a good 50+ hours in a game. Plus it has come exactly as I'm finishing Assassins Creed Origins which I've been playing since release day. Hopefully this offers a similar value for money in play time - I'm sure it will!
