Smash TV most definitely, but Pit Fighter? Hmmm.....
Rampage and Gauntlet were both excellent too :)))

Agreed, Rampage is classic, although a tad repetitive!
Gauntlet was incredible!
The other absolute must on there is Super Off Road!

Considering it is less than 29p a game (I think there are 31 games on here), it could be the cheapest and best way to get some absolute retro classics in one bundle!

I ordered immediately! (Yes, maybe a little too eager! 35 in December, so youth feels a little squeezed at times!)

I bought this just under a year ago and wholeheartedly recommend it. Was sat in the top 50 players on Toobin, Super Off Road and the Basketball game. (PooleCraig is PSN ID feel free to add me but just let me know your off here). You will find some great games here and a few bloopers. Read my review on ShopTo under Beazi (picture of Cookie Monster)

I can certainly relate to that - I turned 35 last month!

I will turn 39 in December so I've been playing games for 33 year's started with a Commodore 16 on my 6th birthday these games were excellent in there day very retro I have them all and more on my laptop with an emulator but will get this for that price.

Thx i just managed to order the last one avaliable.

haha commodore 16, love it I still remember getting this for christmas and thinking I was a programmer:

10 Print "Neill is the king"
20 Goto10

lmao

I remember being gobsmacked by Pit Fighter when I saw it for the first time (that intro!)
The ST version sucked by comparison but I still loved it.

Probably spent more time playing the Super Off Road demo than most modern releases.

Gutted all gone! Iron man was the rollocks if anyone remembers it being called that too?

As far as I know the emulation still is not good enough. (I have the Gamecube Treasures collection 1 & 2).

Marble Madness needs a trackball.

Dunno whether they fixed Smash TV either.

no paperboy

Dunno about whether Toobin was amazing I objected to the 2 credits to start 1 to continue so I don't think I played it all that much.

(Especially compared to Afterburner 2 with the motion cabinet for one credit. Or Neo Geo stuff).

Might have been late in its lifespan.

I liked Gauntlet (It was everywhere when I was young. Pubs just had one game and it was Guantlet or Quartet most of the time).

no scramble but hot

Back order

Heat from me.....Spent many a hour playing....

-Pit Fighter
-Super Off Road
-Marble Madness
-Smash TV
-Spy Hunter

at the risk off sounding old, This is when real games were made, Don't get me wrong I totally appreciate todays gaming, but back then the game was final, they didn't rush games knowing they could rely on a 'later update'

If you are ever in Helsinki and travelling on a ferry there is a games museum in the port that's free to go too. Absolutely amazing, every console from the original pong machine, the A2600, ZX64 etc etc plus famicoms, master systems to the 360s and PS3's. Also a load of old games, leisure suit larry sitting there boxed was a blast from the past! This Is a good deal, def will order at some point

great

soundss good! I have name, but would be great on ps3!

In Toobin keep an eye out for a warp hole in the first two levels. Should be along the right hand side. Free points, credits and a different zone to be had

Weird, when I just checked, it was in stock...

Think it is one of those where you'd be best off checking back now and then as more stock is added daily...

I love these types of collections! I have the Sega one and love it and I'm hoping this one is good too It's a way for me to play and learn about games I missed and the trophies encourage you to do stuff and try games you otherwise wouldn't.

Great selection of titles!

720 FTW!

Showing as in-stock for me and ordered. Thanks very much OP.

13.25 just ordered so seem to be back in stock

Just ordered one too, fingers crossed :-)

Sold at 720 degrees

Your parents did well for you then, it didn't come out till 1984 commercially when you would have been 10.

Beware I Live !!

I'd buy that for a dollar!

hot as hell although seeing this achievement goldmine made me buy it for xbox instead for £15... shame the deal isn't on xbox. but heat added. awesome price for a platinum trophy!

the smash tv achievement/trophy is the hardest one in the game

Mine's turned up today and I've been playing it a while (hooray for half term!) and these are the first old games I've played that I could take or leave or just plain hate xD Oh well, it's a history lesson and good for a few hours entertainment. My favourites are still Namco Collection and Sega Collection by far.

I had to give up on Championship Sprint and Joust 2 so far but I beat the Smash TV trophy in about an hour! I thought it was a lot of fun. and I am a fan of Geometry Wars and the running around the corners and opening a path then going through it still works. If you collect all the money and prizes more extra lives turn up in the arena. You only have to make it past the room called Crowd Control then Tank Trouble and the boss is after that. It's really easy to lose no lives in the boss room, just by staying in the top left area.

yeah I take that back. after playing it myself both joust and both championship sprint games are harder than smash tv. its crazy how they go from ridiculously easy on levels 1 and 2 to super hard on level 3. and joust... honestly I cant even figure that out lol.
