Was £299.99. seen it somewhere else for the same price but it was a factory refurbished one. Seems like a good deal.

MIELE are a good make till they go wrong. Prepare to pay a fortune for parts/repairs. I'm an ex industrial cleaning equipment engineer by the way so I know.

I’ve been looking for a deal on these. Reserved & just off to collect it. Many thanks Happy hoovering now.

I’ve had quite a few under £100 vacuum cleaners over the last 20 years. They all break after a short time, all have been repaired. One had 3 motors under its 5 yr guarantee! My first vacuum lasted over 20 years. I will give Miele a go as at this price it’s a good deal. Not much seems to be made to last nowadays.

Just a heads up that Miele offer an extended warranty for £50 which gives you cover for 10years (+8 over the standard warranty).

Details here.

My parents had one, broke after about a year, got it fixed for a humongus fee - and it broke again less than a year later. Miele arent the make they used to be.

Went back to Henry.

I’ve just collected mine and used it. Very impressed. So quiet and my carpet has never looked as good. I will get the extra guarantee from Miele for £50 for 10 years in tota. (Thanks Andy_Green)

Yeah same here so much lighter than our old Dyson. Will definitely get the extended warranty too.

Or pay with a credit card and get six years SoGA built in under Section 75.

It's legislation not a shop option. Why pay for something when it's already free?
