Thats odd. Our 20 year old Miele vacuum stopped working and Miele sent us a box, picked up the machine, repaired and replaced circuit boards and gave us brand new attachments then delivered it back for £79.

Need to change my hoover enigma as suction is very poor, is this going to be better?

Ive had mine for 5 years and its been amazing! Mine was the same as this bit the extreme version and 1200w (before the EU came in and restricted wattage )

Likewise I’ve got the same model as you paid £72 from a deal posted on here from Debenhams about 5 years ago! Practically lifts the carpet up with the power of suction!! Mines never missed a beat so far!!
Now £179.94

Best vacuum cleaner I have ever used...ive had Dysons...vax....hoovers...and they all suck compared to my Mieles.

I have this and it’s brilliant, but it you will not regret it. Suction is great and adjustable.
Dyson vacuums feel like a cheap plastic Chinese knock-offs compared to this. It's built like a tank with incredible suction power (as others pointed out it does lift the carpet).

Have mine for nearly 7 years now and still going strong. Fell down the stairs quite a few times and still feeling solid.
Coming up as £179 for me..
