Hot.

What is it?
LoL - I watched the review AvE gave on this earlier! I have no need for this, but heat added as it's the best price currently!
I use one of these every day at work where I can't get an impact wrench in, or where an impact wrench isn't appropriate. It is absolutely ace, with one massive caveat; you need to consider where your wrist is in relation to where the wrench is going to end up when the faster locks up.

It is so, so easy to smash your hand/wrist into surrounding stuff using this.

Once you have smashed your wrist a few times and finally worked out a technique for using the wrench safely, it is completely fantastic.
Worth checking prices on this delivered from America too - in the past when I got the non-brushless version body only, it was cheaper to get it in the US and pay all fees than to buy it here. (However I don't think they were officially released here, while the brushless version does seem to have been.)

Problem with that is that the warranty isn't usable since the US versions have non compatible seriial numbers. I risked this with a 12v Milwaukee drill, and can absolutely confirm that Milwaukee UK will not stand behind the grey import warranty.

I should also note I broke the wratchet mechanism in my first one - but doubt they'd cover it anyway.
Just bought the Milwaukee 1/2" impact gun - the high power one, which is a great piece of kit. I also use a Sealey 12volt rachet wrench similar to this one and very pleased with that.
You need to remember that these do not have a great amount of torque and will not release wheel nuts, but great for smaller stuff and quickly undoing nuts and bolts. The wrench can be used like an ordinary hand rachet wrench to release and tighten bolts.

This particular battery ratchet is 2nd generation milwaukee, the 1st gen is like the sealey one, this 2nd gen also has highest torque in its class, and if ur attempting to undo wheel nuts with it questions must be asked wether u have any marbles left at all. Its not an impact gun afterall its a battery ratchet
