Any idea if this works on makita?
Anyone know if these would be OK in a 10.8v impact with 100nm?

I have this set and using it an 18v impact driver with 170nm.they are OK but I hear the bosch ones are better (but more expensive than this deal).
Cheers chaps. What converter do I need to change from 3/8 to whatever size these are?
Thanks. Have just ordered. Price for the same kit at Screwfix is £34.99

You shouldn't need to convert as they have the hex shape that impact drivers use.
My guess is this set is being replaced with the wear guard version which I just ordered a few days ago from big red. Still good price though. Heat.
Thanks, bought 🔥

Dumb question from me time - is that not an impact wrench rather than an impact driver? My 18V impact driver takes a hex, my 18v impact wrench takes sockets and would absolutely decimate any screw it came near.
How do these compare to the the Bosch ones posted last week?
Are these magnetic

Not a dumb question at all, that converter does indeed look like it allows you to use bits designed for a 1/4” hex shank on a 3/8” impact wrench. No idea what the purpose is though, impact wrenches are designed to be nut-busting tools, not drills or screwdrivers. The other way round is fine though, if the nuts don’t need that much torque.

If you're asking if this works with makita, maybe you should put the power tools away.
according to the description it says

im inclined to believe only 4 of them are impact bits and the rest are just standard bits? doesnt say ALL are impact rated

I found these to be in a par with the Bosch but both inferior to some old Wera bits I've had for years. A lot more expensive to replace though. This is a very good price. Have some heat.
I have these ones, and honestly they are not to bad for this price. I paid 23£ in past
Ordered
Thanks

THAT'S the bugger I've been looking for. Only problem is it doesn't look like it's suitable for impact use unless of course it can cope with >100nm without splitting or shattering?

Yeah, it is an impact wrench but on paper only runs up-to 100nm - realistically more like 60-70nm. Still quite a bit less than some Makita's Dewalt's etc...

I think that one has replaced the drill bits (wood or metal idk) with the newer torque heads that have the centred hole it looks like. Probably more useful
Out of stock 😔
Same price on FFX, a much better UK based company. Free postage, excellent service.

I bought the Bosch one's from last week and they are very good.

Yep, I bought the Bosch ones too. It included the blue drill bits which I have bought on it's only before so I know these are good stuff. I feel like getting another Bosch set as they are that good and great value.
