Only one way to find out......Fight!!
They are ok .
I got these about 2 years ago on the toolstation £2.50 deal .
Got 2 packs of PH2 and 2 packs of PZ2 .
For £10 al in .
Still have a few of each left 2 years on and I use them in my impact driver daily .
Would say pretty good at this price and they are slightly better than the standard Dewalt bits . As these very rarely shatter
I highly rate these, brilliant build quality
Don't bother. They are naff.. Don't last so I aint buying more...buy dewalt... Go watch YouTube for review on these. I agree with that

I get about 4-7 days out of these driving a range of screws daily from hinge screws to 100mm timber screws in my impact driver .
For the price they are good/ok .
It’s when people don’t hold the drill in line with the screw , that’s when they normally go .

Review for whoever can be bothered.... I do like watching this kind of stuff..

Yes! Or in my case get eager with the trigger before the bit is firmly seated.

Snap about the same rate.
We go through a number on a job, but that could be to do with the fact our gaffer is a sucker for Turbogolds.
We're talking all the CLS, ply, carcass wall fixings, pipe brackets etc.
The alternatives to impact bits are cheese, so we treat em as a consumable and buy whichever is on offer.

As the Cranberries once sang, 'Ther'e not as good'
amazon.co.uk/gp/…TF8

These look ok but aren’t on offer at the moment.
To be fair these are made in China so are dewalt bits . You get what you pay for! wera and weha are a lot better

What he said. I've bought both and they both seemed to break at the same rate... never tried the Wera bits as they're a different price bracket!

I don't think we've ever looked at Wera bits.
Marcrist drill bits are the one, £30 a time, blurb says 30-70 holes in grade 5 porcelain -they do 8-10.
Swear he looks at me like I'm taking money out his wallet before his very eyes.

What's wrong with the Turbogolds?

What's wrong with the Turbogolds?

Lmao, is it the rifled shaft?
Selling it for ya?
We put them in everything, even ply and external wall fixings.
Ply.
We fix ply with Turbogold.
At times we've had no plasterboard screws for ceiling fixings and guess what...
It's just a screw to me that does its job, but my gaffer smiles like he's found copper when they're on offer.
Good price, voted hot.
I've built a shed in the last week and screwed every panel, about 400 screws and still on my 1st bit of these! Only bought these cus I smashed 4 erbauer ones in 5 screws... Goes too show!
