That book is stunning in its scope and it is literally life changing if you commit to its practical advice. It is a read bible of Mindfulness and after reading it you appreciate just how glossed over and instagram influencer diluted Mindfulnes has become to such an extent the real depth and breath is lost. I make no exaggeration you won't fully appreciate Mindfulness until you have read that book. The second best Mindfulness book in my opinion is this one >

I must recommend Mindfulness for Health (Burch/Penman) as a GAME CHANGER for anyone with a chronic mental or physical health condition. This book and audio meditations has been used by IAPT counsellors for the NHS to tremendous success. Similar to the Acceptance Commitment Therapy approach in mindfulness, this helps immensely with the mindset shift for coping with longterm illness.

The book is for purchase and well worth it. Immensely validating and useful.
