Mine is CAMAC micro usb to hdmi adapter. Probably junk 😊
Much cheaper versions on ebay but sent from China
that's a DP female to HDMI male

if you have DP on the back of your computer, you're going to need male to male or have to buy another adapter in between

ie like this amazon.co.uk/Ran…ort £5.69

no, it's a DP male to HDMI female. and everyone has some HDMI cable (male-male) laying around nowadays
Good price BUT worth noting that if you want to run 4K e.g. use your PC and play PC games on a 4K TV then this adaptor is not suitable as it only does 4K at 30HZ, which would be very juddery in Windows (I know I have used an early 4K 30HZ monitor) and would limit FPS in any games to 30, though that is perhaps less an issue since 4K is so demanding....

If these DP->hdmi adapters are passive, don't expect to be able to plug 3 of them into a DP splitter; depending upon your graphics card, it might not work.

Mini-DP is usually found on business laptops (e.g. Lenovo Thinkpad). This cable allow you to run a monitor or TV as a second screen (with the addition of a standard HDMI lead). These are pretty handy to have if you travel with a laptop and need to plug it into a large TV for presentations.
Nice find. I have a Thinkpad, I have always been meaning to buy one of those.
