Hi, we bought this when posted last month.

It's not too bad TBH.

Very good on tiled floors and laminates.

The battery lasts for about fifteen minutes.

I'm really surprised on how much dust it collects from what looks like a clean floor.

It's a little noisy too, but bearable (sounds a bit like a large desk fan).

Don't forget it's on a budget so no fancy returning to base to charge itself when flat. This one just packs in wherever.

We have no regrets buying this at all and for £40 it's decent value for money.

waste of money. you'll see. don't expect it to pick much up. keep it on charge the while day for 5 min usage. its a gimmick

We bought one and when we opened the box ... It was already used and full of hairs !!!! Took it back and swapped it
Tried another .... This one kept getting stuck in corners and under chairs etc,
Did it vacuum ?? Nothing amazing but did pick up some bits !
Was it annoying? .. Yes ! Slow and noisy !

Gimmick and a waste of £40 I think ... Luckily maplins do a money back guarantee .... Guess where I am going today !

Hey thought I'd give a mini review!

This thing is more fun than anything! It's a good conversation starter, it's also memorising to watch. The sound of it sends me to sleep.

Honestly though it's pretty good, it's not going to hoover your house for you. I bought this for the kitchen and bathroom, it's great for bread crumbs , sugar and lots of dust! I was surprised how much it picked up. I know it would be great on laminate because that stuff gets so dusty.

It's quiet a simple not but gives the impression it's clever, I put it on the table and it turned at least half a food from the edge so great for avoiding stairs.

This Hoover actually has a pattern, it starts off going random directions, it then starts to do a kind of box shape. It eventually starts going around in circles.

It's a gimmick but honestly I see it more than that, and whoever said a 5min batt... Yours is broke I've charged this once and used it a good few times. I can supply a video of requested! I'll need to upload it.

Yeah it is OK picks up dust and small bit fine. Works good on all laminates apart from the kitchen which is textured so have to remove the duster so it moves around better same for thin carpet.

cherry_1306

sorry?

Thanks

I sent mine back as it cannot cope with small bumps in the floor. It just stays there looking bewildered. Probably will work ok on smooth laminate floors etc.

Got one too, it is surprisingly efficient especially if you have pets. It has zero location control, just bumps and turns with an occasional switch of pattern so can cover the same area more than it needs to but for the money it is an absolute steal!

Looks like you got a duffer of you're simply trolling and talking rubbish.

Mine does about 30mins before dying and fills its container full of pet hair at least twice in that time on stone floors that look clean to start with.

I also got one last time, and would echo what brookysm said. Mine lasts at least 30 mins on a charge and does pick up quite a bit of dog hair from our kitchen floor. Our floor is quite bumpy (ceramic rustic tiles) and it has no problem getting around. I would recommend one

We bought one of these after the last post and it's brilliant. We use it on laminate flooring in the living room and carpet in the hallway and it's amazing how much this little thing picks up! We're now looking to buy one of the bigger ones for the other areas of the house. If you want something to give the house a quick tidy each day, especially if you have pets or kids then this is ideal.

I got one at this same price online for the missus for Valentine's Day (hopeless romantic, I know.)

Good on our stone/laminate floors, not great on carpet. Battery is a bit rubbish (max 30 mins) takes 4 hours to charge. Does pick up a surprising amount though!

Overall still pretty good for the money, it does a good job of our kitchen if you leave it in there. Battery life is a shame. You would have to pay a whole lot more to get anything better.

I really recommend the one from Aldi. We got 2 when they were reduced down from £149.00 to £69.99 last year. We have one upstairs and one downstairs. They're brilliant. 2 hour cleaning with a programmable time of your choice through the remote control and it automatically returns to the charging dock. Not so great on a thick carpet, but brilliant on hard floors and tile.

i bought this for valentines, not bad for the price.
its ok for little items, dont be fooled into thinking you dont need a hoover.
Just nice to have around. yes it will get stuck occasionally.

Will look out for these, thanks!

Ours will spend most of the time sucking up pet hairs, ours seem to be molting uncontrabbly!
