In store in Trongate, Glasgow earlier this afternoon. I have no idea about skateboards, but may be a good buy.3277163.jpgEdit 11th August - More pictures! There's even an Orange coloured one.
(Actually, I'm not very observant, you can just about make out the Orange skateboard in the original, first photo - even a Green one at the back)
"PO Box 7202, Willenhall, WV1 9DJ" is the Poundland address, so Lord knows who makes these.

I thought I seen a similar skateboard online but the underside screw/nut configuration is different. I'll take better pictures later when I'm back out!

(Edit: I didn't, because of the rain, but will today, Sunday).

I see a few people upside-down outside the store (I actually have a real-life story about that, connected to this store, for another day maybe).
£5 is a steal. even a set of bearing will worth more than this.

wait... what?

Och I have lots of Glasgow city centre tales. It was a throng of people standing around watching "something" going on in the Poundland window (I was on the other side of the street, walking by).

The "spectacle" was a shoplifter held down on the floor by two members of staff.

I've been in there when a woman shouted out "she's got my purse!" (as another woman hotfooted it out the store) on a busy Saturday afternoon (years ago, though, my now-adult niece was a kid).

Both the same store. The security guards in the town deserve a medal.

There's bams everywhere!
Just as a comparision, these mini skateboards are £7.99 at sportsdirect. They have a proper wooden deck with grips. And I dare say - look a little cooler and fun. And No Fear are a reputable brand vs unbranded plastic stuff from China.

I'm pretty sure No Fear are a Sports Direct-brand, but other than that, as I said, I know diddley about skateboards. You pays your money, and all that...
