and DX have lost the plot recently. Very slow delivery - they hold virtually zero stock, outsourcing most orders and god forbid you want a refund !

99p delivered on Ebay and work great, have a few of them..... BRRRRRRRR its cold

Fanimal, have you got a item number.

To all those above asking for the item number, I got one of these for 99p for a MP3 player and it worked fine, no probs with seller either, although it's via HK post so allow about 2 weeks. eBay item: 230382642916

I'm not sure if a direct eBay link is allowed, so just cut & paste the item number above into eBay's search box, and it'll find it.;)

Is there a certain output voltage required for different makes of MP3?

If you have a rechargable item, such as an MP3 player, that you'd normally connect to a USB socket on a PC to charge, then any one of these USB mains adapters will be suitable.USB is based around a standard voltage of ~5v (typically it can be a 5% variation), and the USB socket on these adapters therefore provides the same voltage as your computer. You can also get 12v utility socket (cigarette lighter) USB adapters as well, such as the Belkin one posted today..

You can usually find a similar one in Poundland, which my wife uses for charging her mobile in the car.

Thanks but I was looking for one like ops.

The Ebay one pictured above is a lot bigger than the DX version. I have the DX charger and it's smaller than most mains plugs. It works well and has been charging my Orange San Fran and a bunch of Sansa Clip & Clip+ mp3 players for the past several months.

Having said all that DX have become pretty hopeless for delivery over recent months
