    Does anyone still iron?
    (Apart from shirts)
No, we all go around looking like unkempt peasants. I mean come on, what kind of question is this?

I got my mum this and it lasted about 18 months before rusting and a cheap spot weld snapped on the leg brace. Therefore had to bin it.
All ironing boards have weak legs with cheap spot welds. Cheaply designed to break like everything now.
5 years warranty so nothing to worry. Ask for replacement.

Got one of these been going about 10 years now . Green one though not sure if there’s any difference
Mine lasted a few years. adjusting mechanism point rusted through and sheared/collapsed. Maybe my love for steam generator irons killed it

Are these the decent ones where you can’t see and feel the metal weave of the board itself?

I got a Minky from either Argos or Dunelm a couple of years ago and it’s been really bad, every time I use it I think I need to get another. Being a man I’ve put this off now for years
I've read issues with the thickness of the padding causing a hatch effect pattern to be ironed on to the clothes

Is this something for my computer or an ironing board ?
