Limited space where i live no outdoor drying area needed a new airer last one collapsed after 4 years service it was also a minky but a smaller one than this cost about the same as this at the time, anyway i thought i'd reserve this as it seems a good price although at first i thought it was a deckchair.

I can just imagen getting in a right mess with my clothes on that

Worst chair ever! Collapsed as soon as I sat on it.

Our local Aldi are selling the same style but with heated rails for £19.99.

heat, good price

Reserved... heat.

We use a Lakeland heated dryer, it more to buy £76 and you need about 1mtr² of floor space. However if you leave it on over night it keep the area warm. IE upstair in the winter or cold nights.

And end up paying an extra 76 pound in electricity costs.

What exactly is supposed to "hang" from those bottom 2-3 rungs then? Some ActionMan outfits?

See, I have to have a hanger indoors myself as I have no garden, but from the first rung I can hang t-shirts. Those don't even look high enough for sock clearance.

I bought one of these a few days ago, holds a lot more than the last one did. Unsure of the purpose of the netting at the bottom so I neatly laid socks on it lol

Nothing perhaps? Do you want it to fall apart?

heated rail on Groupon ATM ( i think 35.00)as I have same issue as OP.

I have a Minky 40m tower airer. I know it's more expensive but it has a smaller footprint and holds a lot more. If I need something dry in a hurry I can stick my dehumidifier underneath and drape a sheet over the top - even jeans will dry in 2-3 hours under these conditions. argos.co.uk/sta…htm

The netting is so you can dry things flat. It's great for things that might stretch out of shape like knitware and crochet
