Heat added! This is a good price. I paid £35. For one a couple of years ago. I use it for crafts (ironing my embroidery and beadsprites etc) I find this to be very stable and the adjustable height is great, because I’m five foot nowt and my husband is six foot, and we both use it comfortably

£25 also in Asda.
Problem i found is the feet have plastic covers on the ends, this means it ends up sliding all over the laminate floor.

This ironing board doesn’t have that issue, I use it on tiled floors and it doesn’t budge an inch

Same no issue for me on carpet or hard floors
Found my clothes ended up with black stuff off the material
Ironing board pretty big and covering thin. Will leave shiny marks
Paid £33.59 for it in 2017. Still have it and seems nice and stirdy still. Mind you I dont do much ironing.

OK, unexpired it. It will probably get cold votes now. OR mods might remove it.
The board is rubbish, wobbly, and the iron holder bends with the weight. Returned it and bought a Brabantia one.

The iron holder bends with the weight of an iron? How heavy is your iron?

Peter, who would have thought in the year you turned 50 you'd be recommending ironing boards

Lol, turn, 50, not their just yet. However I learnt to iron at a young age in the army. I don't iron as much anymore. I bought one of these a couple of years ago. Besides changing the cover. It's never had any issues.

But your right, some of the deals I've posted. Would definitely not be things that I would shop for, but since joining the site I do look for more bargains.

I'll add to that, of all the things I've posted I'd never of guessed an ironing board would attract so much heat.
Good deal, we had one for a year or so and it broke but the manufacturer replaced it no problem! The new one has been perfect Nd doesn't budge on laminate floor or tiles
Ordered one of these a few days ago, Hermes delivered it, upon further inspection 2 of the plastic covers were missing on the metal legs. So i contacted amazon live chat to ask if they could just send me 2 covers as I didn't want to send the entire board back just for that. He said yes i'll send them straight away. Next day same delivery driver turns up with another ironing board, this one also had 2 covers missing from the legs, I explained the situation and he said yeah it's the way they are packaged.

I said well let me take 2 covers off this and put them on the one i have already to make a complete board, then you can take back this one with the missing covers. He said nope I can't take that back mate, no notes to take it. So I got an extra ironing board free, granted it's missing the plastic covers on the legs but still. So if you order one, be sure to check if all the plastic covers are present on the end of the metal legs.
It's an ironing board I don't get the big deal? Can someone help me out, looks like alien laptops decided to get into ironing boards
Haven't ironed any clothes for 12 months... buys ironing board because it's on offer and free delivery
Arrived today. What a beast of an ironing board. Is this meant for two people to use simultaneously?
