Minor Figures' Oat Milk is a dairy-free, vegan milk alternative created especially for baristas.

Foams to a silky smooth texture with a steam wand, making it ideal for barista-style lattes!

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans, with no added sugar, stabilisers or preservatives.

Unopened Minor Figures' Oat Milk can be stored in at room temperature. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 7 days.

12 x 1 litre multi-pack

Requires a steam wand to achieve latte quality foam (follow our top tips below):

TOP TIPS FOR FOAMING OAT M*LK

  • Ensure your Oat M*lk is chilled and ready for use.
  • Make sure your dedicated milk foaming jug is clean and cold.
  • Whilst foaming your milk, keep the steam wand in the centre of the jug, rather than tilting it at an angle to make sure you’re left with a frothy, smooth and silky texture.
  • Moving the jug down slowly as steaming begins to create the foam and micro bubbles. Patience and a steady pace is key.
  • Measure the correct amount for each use, according to the cup size being made. This makes for an easier steaming process.
  • Heat milk to 140F or 60C

How does this one taste compared to Oatly Barista?
@stek2010 in my opinion, it's slightly more creamy than the Oatly Barista—very similar 100%. We normally prefer the Oatly Barista but it's quite expensive in comparison so we're giving Minor Figures a go—also Minor Figures is made in London, so it hasnt traveled quite as far.

Thanks! Think I'll try and track down a single carton to try when my Oatly runs out.
This is really good! And the price is amazing - heat added to try and revive. All the down votes are from people who don’t support milk alternatives it feels like
Would this be a good substitute for 'normal' oat milk which is in short supply in the supermarkets just now?
@dispose3 - 100%
How long does this last without opening?
@mystogan12 - from what I can see online it looks like 12 Months - I found this quote from Minor Figures answering another persons question on Amazon: "Minor Figures Oat Milk has a long shelf of 12 months."
Voted hot and ordered
How is this a good deal it baffles me? £1.77 per/1l
Lidl selling organic Oat milk with a few ingredients for £0.85 and it tastes great.
I make tea with it and it stirs in perfectly .You can't see any crumbs like in some low quality Oat milks.
I guess it's because Lidl doesn't deliver.

Usually have dates into next year last ones I had were 2021 dates
Check out Aldi Pro Natur which is under £1 (80 or 90p) - used it for hot chocolate and it was decent.
