I built a squat rack during the lockdown, it's made out of two pallets I found and spare wood/bricks. It didn't cost much and better for the environment:

Good luck with that, people are selling £3 to £4 per kilo, once the crisis is finish, then we will be able to find some really good bargains

70kg dumbbells!
What do you need these for?
If you aren't being sarcastic and genuinely want a 70KG dumbbell, your best bet would be to look for some strongman equipment.
If you tell me what you plan to do with a 70KG dumbbell, then I can give you alternative strongman equipment which will allow you to load more than 70KG onto.

Yeah, it's rated for 300.

Most at this price point are rated for 150kg

The really good ones can do 450-500kg but cost £250+

Must have dropped it back down as i've just received £6ish - pays for postage though
good deal. but all the plates are out of stock, and i'm guessing difficult to find elsewhere too. pointless without them.

edit: sorry, fell for the full setup pic too, thought this was price for rack included, overly optimistic i see that now, if you've already got a rack and plates then yeah i can see the appeal i do like using safety bar myself. but if you are trying to set up from scratch, it's a costly time to be doing so given the scarcity or at least infrequent supply.

Ever thought some people already have plates? And there coming in and out of stock all the time. I had a deal for plates up yesterday which sold out after an hour
Got a bench from them, very good quality gear.

Yeah I’ve seen some shocking prices! Absolutely disgusting. I’m glad I’ve got enough equipment & plates. Dunno what I’d do without em.

Same here, bought bit of equipment over the last 2 years on Facebook marketplace, and built my own pull up and dip bar in the garden. Only thing missing is a squat station with an olympic bar
Getting pretty desperate for some adjustable dumbbells, the dream of a double pair that goes up to 40kg moves on
I'm Lee Parsons. Anyone know here I can get 80kg Dumbell.
Prefer to use a standard bar rather than this thing!

Probably wants them for a bit of light forearm work 40672294-Re8xk.jpg

Its not the padding that makes the safety squat bar.

I don’t need any help there
Might order 10 and sell them for £600 each on facebook Marketplace, as appears to be the trend currently
These are superb for starting a hernia, or if all you really wanted was hemorrhoids.
They will also accommodate 6 shirts, 2 coats a scarf and a couple of pairs of jeans, no problem.
Occasionally it has been known to attract cats, but never birds?
Decent
hootz07/05/2020 19:32

Prefer standard bar

That's nice for you

Don't buy one

You are so funny
Its pretty practical
Back Squat
Front Squat
Zercher Squat
Good Morning
Seated Good Morning
Single-Leg Good Morning
Front Lunge
Back Lunge
Split Squats
Step-ups
Hip Thrusts
Overhead Press
Triceps Press

significantly decreases stress on the upper extremities, particularly the shoulders, elbows, and wrists.

I definitely don't want a Hemmy thanks
So on that note I'll give this a miss

He's talking rubbish, the clue is in the name.

This is safer than a traditional barbell.

It significantly decreases stress on the upper extremities and no evidence to suggest anything negative.

I appreciate the fitness stuff you post man. I'm not getting this but hot and thanks from me, these times are hard to get equipment for many that don't already have a home gym.
