Afterhours were a helpful lot they refunded me due to late delivery from Mirai, no problems.

I have bitten the bullet and ordered the above TV from XOMY. I will post updates after I receive the TV (due on Monday5th Feb) and have had a chance to test it.

Hi there please let me know how you get on with Xomy as I would like to go for this deals as the 632V200 seems very highly regarded for around the £400 mark, I am a little reluctant to order as I can't find anything much on Xomy so may go for Microdirect or Afterhours, thanks Dave.

No problem. Will do. I got an email from them late Friday afternoon to tell me that the TV is due tomorrow by Business Post. As a matter of interest I found a couple of positive feedbacks on Xomy here ]http//ww…78/
I hope I will be adding another one!!

Thanks for the reply, I am probably going to order from them tomorrow there are a couple more postive reviews at uk.shopping.com/xMR…S-1
If you can let me know how you get on that will make my mind up, great choice on the tv by the way!

It is worth mentioning that if you register on Mirai's website you also activate their 2-3 years manufacturer's warranty free of charge. I am not sure what this new model of the 32" gets (2 or 3 year) I have the old 32" model which this replaces and it came with a 2 Year manufacturer's warranty.

As I said this is an upgrade from their previous 32" panel (which incidentally caused quite a stir at avforums with several threads several hundred pages long giving outstanding reviews and significant suprise at the quality of the panel) and I have to say if it is anything like the model it is replacing you will be very happy with the results.

The response time is slightly faster at 6.5ms compared to 8ms on the previous model.

It also has slightly higher contrast ratio and brightness.

Furthermore it comes with a freeview tuner, which my model doesn't have (and isn't needed for me, but it is a nice bonus for people who want a freeview tv).

It is suprisingly lighter as well. I was suprised enough that the previous model was only 15kg (I have it wall mounted with an arm rated to 20KG and have had no problems) but this new model is only 13.5KG which is even better still and will make it more suitable for use in modern homes with stud walls instead of stone.

All in all, I think you are onto a very good bargain and I am voting hot.

This model doesn't have a freeview tuner I think you may be confusing it with the upcoming Mirai 732V300 which does but that will not be out until may, thanks for the extra info though.

You are correct, my mistake, I misread the OP.

I still stand very firmly behind the brand though

These have glowing reviews over at avforums.com, nice price - voted hot!

Hi there,
I picked up the TV from my local Business Post delivery branch this evening (as I was out at work when they delivered it). It has taken me a few minutes to tune in and programme my One 4 All remote. I have to say I am very impressed. It compares with my in-laws Sony (£1000) 32" LCD. I would highly recommend it and Xomy. If anyone is thinking about it then go for it you want be disappointed (I hope)!!

Thanks for the feedback dja2007 heat and rep added, I've just placed my order with Xomy so hopefully the tv should be with me wednesday, they come across as a decent firm I phoned their customer service line to check stock and got an answer within seconds, impressive compared to many others!

Just for everyones information my TV arrived on time from Xomy and I am very pleased with the tv and the service from Xomy  Thanks to dja2007 for the spot!

Ordered mine fromTechfever. Its £415 including delivery, and thats next day! Just waiting for it to be delivered later.

AND, you get almost £9 quidco which tracked within an hour with them, so in total £406! ABSOLUTE STEAL FOR A GREAT TV!

Matt
