Thanks, given it a bash. How much do you reckon it's meant to be showing as, £190?

I'm in - thanks Aion. :-D

Yeah, could be - RRP is £300 so anything around the £200 mark would be about right

Nice packaging!!

Maybe this will work out?

I bloody love four of those films ... so a couple extra won't go amiss

Worth a go. Good spot. Thanks.

Ordered-but i'll be amazed if i get it at that price!

Anyone heard of this place? I always thought a great way to get peoples details is to set up a misprice somewhere...

In again....
I could copy all these films to my terabyte hard disk!!!

Sorry, voted cold. No chance of getting these.

These people don't process orders immediately and have a live stock system.

Remember the Pearl Harbour HD fiasco? :whistling:

I honestly believe that a lot of these misprices that are popping up are intentional just to get peoples email addresses to use for future promotional use, correct me if I am wrong but not one obvious misprice has been honoured in recent history (the last one I can remember is the John Lewis freebie codes which were honoured).

5% QUIDCO... Have bought it as Quidco 9/10 times clears when misprices arent honoured

Why do we bother posting obvious misprices, they never work out if only because idiots order 165 of them.

Voted Cold on the grounds it's clearly not a deal, just a mistake. No disrespect OP.

I'd agree with an earlier poster, that I think these are now being done deliberately to expand mailing lists. But that said, I'll give it a go

Johnnypanic

Right, I'm in too, just ordered one. I can't see much chance of getting these either but you've got to be in it to win it I suppose! This is a limited edition, supposedly only 1000 will be released.

At over £19 it might be tagged at customs and liable for some duty - isn't the threshold £18 on imports? Ah well, next cheapest is £179.99!

new to all this, ordered it, do they have to honour it if it is a mistake?

phatmatt

No........they never get honoured. Just send an e-mail saying "oops our mistake, sorry"

No.

Though when it's inevtiably cancelled, don't be surprised to see some internet lawyers pop up and threaten to sue them back to the stone age for not honouring their order of 50 mis-priced boxsets to sell on eBay.

If I found a misprice I would wait and see what happened first in the hope of getting one - THEN put it on here. Stand more chance with 1 order. If it then comes off (i.e. delivered) - Id share. Selfish maybe but stops ebayers from preventing me getting the item...

Unless of course I didnt want the item

excellent will give it a bash even if it does fall through will still get quidco so winning on both leagues

they have now taken the add to basket button off the page

I got Seinfeld series 6 (IIRC) for only about £6 a few months ago.

You can still get it if you search for 'Ingmar' and then click on the 'buy it' button.I've tried for one but can't see it arriving.....:-(

Apparently, if after you make an order, money's taken out of your payment account, they'd have to honour the order, but that rarely happens, and it's legal to not honour the sale if no money has 'changed hands'. As usual, law is not really in the customers favour.

I ordered it a couple of mins ago via the link on the OP...so its not expired yet from what I can see!

Now £199.13

They don't, they can just apologise for the mistake and refund the price, they don't have to honour it.

And the "do they have to honour it..." debate continues...

I don't expect them to honour it...and whenever I do go for these misprices, my attitude is "you've to be in it to win it".

If I get it, great, if not....who cares - its not actually cost me anything anyway.

Well I received three LOTR boxsets from ASDA mispriced at £3.97 (from £53.97) and I never use my proper email address for internet orders. I just use a different one knowing that it will get spammed. It took less than a minute to order this boxset so not exactly a lot of effort.

I miised this deal, but good luck to everyone who bought it, I personally don't think they will honour it as last week, when they were selling Peral Harbor Blu ray for £4.91 they didn't honour that and I imagine they would make more of a loss of this deal.

It really depends how many people ordered it, as they pulled they deal fairly quickly, they are obviously aware of it, so people must of ordered loads.

But good luck to everyone who ordered you never know, it might even be honoured.

Unfornuately after they take money out your account, they DON'T have to honour it.

With the Peral Harbor Blu ray deal, they took money straight out my account, the day I ordered, a couple of days later I got the cancellation email, most people got their money back straight away, mine took a few more days.

I did go for this, although I don't really expect it to come off. Having said that it's still sat as "pending" in my account.
