Just collected mine after reserving in store and collected for 99p. Great back up phone, absolutely the cheapest in the market!

For a phone that is reliable, easy to use and great value, look no further than the MobiWire Ayasha. Its long battery life and essential features prove simple really is beautiful.

No-nonsense, all-rounder. Make calls, send texts and enjoy useful features such as FM Radio and Torch.

A neat 1.8 inch LCD screen makes it easy to find the features you want. Whilst the traditional button keypad keeps menus simple too.

Don't run the risk of missing important messages, the Ayasha's battery life lasts a long time between charges.

Good deal for trap phone for the car
Ordered one but I don't know why....
Just be warned...it looks small in the picture but it isn’t in real life. I wanted a phone for “internal storage” and didn’t want to spend £25 on the tiny ones on amazon. This one is too big and it hurts...only managed to get it halfway.

Got one the last time Argos did this, some people on here did say though that their Argos made them purchase the £10 top up. Great deal this for 99p.
I wasn't asked about top up when I collected, definitely a great deal might try and get a few extras for family members.

Handset must be purchased with £10 airtime.
How long does the battery last just for calls?
I think with fast track its only just collection! No topup!
Paid to collect, no top up needed. Bought this for my gran for emergencies. Bargain!

I didn't purchase the top up. Paid online via their fast track option.
It does say that but if you click and collect and pay online you can just grab the phone and leave- didn't have to buy the top up instore
Though in store it won't add to basket

Seems to have worked for me without top up - did pay and collect.
🔥 @MisterKitty Thanks for sharing

It seems insane you can buy a mobile phone for 99p

That’s even cheaper than a chocolate orange on offer@MrSwitch
Why does it have to be locked to Vodafone. ...Grrrrr
Anyone know if it's locked ?
Ideal replacement for my son's festival/camping/just need it in case of emergencies phone, looks like codes maybe available on eBay for about 2 quid, I know I can get it free from VF after 30 days but that means activating and topping up a VF SIM.

I’ve placed an order will update when I collect later if topup required.
Silly Question... Is it possible to turn off the Network Reception on this (Like Flight Mode on Smartphones). I just need a Micro USB charger and will give the phone as a topy to a child. Dont want the child to call 911 or 999! I think they connect without a SIM.

According to the website
  • Up to 840 minutes talk time.

which seems pretty decent to me haha

Yeah it comes locked to Vodafone
My order has been cancelled by argos - Your FastTrack order has been cancelled. We have arranged a refund into the account that you made the purchase from. You will receive your refund within 5 working days. If your collection window has not expired, there has been a problem with your order. If you still wish to make this purchase, please order again.
Received a cancellation email and text they've clocked on
Yep same order cancelled
keep reordering!!
or pick it up immediately before the cancellation email! CEX paying £4 so not as good as previously!
As most new phones use Nano, this isn't that useful as a backup unless you have a micro sim
Cancellation email, just like last time.

all sims come in 3 parts that can be pushed out, just insert the NANO sim in the Micro sim frame - no bother and costs nowt

I just managed to pick up another one (for my grandad) I used fast track again but I was walking past a store with stock so no time to cancel likely! Might be worth a try?
Just tried fast track and collection to rather unpleased staff in branch and a lecture. Prepare for embarrassment if unlucky

They insisted I payed £10 top up last time
I've got 3 over the last 3 times fast track and pay up front they have to reimburse you so more work and embarrassment for them. Sold 'em all at CEX. May keep this for a spare.
I see it as a handy Bluetooth radio and mp3 player for sport or if jogging etc and don't want to carry a bulky smartphone
Just collected mine. Its quite nice and they did not ask for a Top-Up. BTW, it has Flight mode on it which is set from the Settings Menu.
can no longer order -you get the argos t-rex of doom...

So its locked to VODA? On another thread someone mentioned that they were unlocked.

If locked, how do you ask Voda to unlock them?
I have them in my basket but it wont pass this stage any one having the same issue as me?
Ordered two just now. Working
