Nice road bike down from nearly £1000 (next cheapest appears to be £690 from Rutland cycling). Just use code MI1050 to get this price. Plus a potential extra 2% off from quidco.

Yeh. Might be a bit on the flexy side though. It is realistic.

great bike for the price.

Not sure I'd buy a bike from a tent shop though. and Microshift components???????

Best choice for the money, I would guess for someone 5'8" ish for the 54cm, there is also 56cm.

Sure, just pay a visit to Merlin, wiggle, CRC, and it's quite easy to find Felt, Cube, Vitus, even a Ridley for around the same price and with better groupsets such as Sora, Tiagra, hell, even Claris is better than Microshift.
Is that constructive enough for you?

Care to offer up a couple of example bikes from the aforementioned retailers for the same price or lower and with such a good frame and wheel set?

I didnt know millets did bikes?

i cannot see the deal here, everything is not cheap, rubbish. how someone can say that this is a good deal for this bike even someone say that the wheels are £300 make me laugh

You've got to love folk who make statements without backing them up with facts. These are the cheapest American victory wheels I can find jejamescycles.co.uk/ame…tml

Like everyone else Microshift do a range of group sets. I for one would rather have this Microshift grouppo instead of Claris.

As mentioned above. Cheapest price for just the wheels is £260 and reviewed well here at an rrp of £400

cyclingweekly.co.uk/rev…-99

is this any better than the £330 decathlon bike ?

yes, the wheels are a hell of a lot better quality. better bearings and lighter. if you have a decent level of fitness you will go faster on this. the Btwin is an excellent bike as well though, for the money.

wheels definitely expensive. trade off with group set tho, at this price point tiagra available merlincycles.com/rid…tml

They're not made in the UK, they're assembled in the UK (big difference).

£80 more is also a trade off.

The bike seems to be on the larger size. If you fit a 56cm you should fit this in 54cm.

Ridley r6 is also a good choice, really comes down to whether you want tiagra shifters or American classic wheels... I still think the moda is better and you can get a pair of 105 shifters for £100, you can't get a pair of posh wheels for that..

There's more to shifting performance/quality than levers. Expensive wheels don't make them great wheels.

I still think its cheaper to buy shifters and rear mech than the wheels. Im sure the wheels on the r6 are ok, but if you wanted to change them there is little point in buying a pair for £130(cost of shifters/r mech)as there will be no real difference from the ones fitted. The tyres on the moda again are a bit posher, the cassette is sram 1050 which is more expensive that the shimano one, admittedly debatable if its better.

Only 56 cm left in stock, I was looking for a 54.

An option if you are a bit smaller, maybe 5'3"-5'5" ish.

They are spit on with this it is a seriously light bike and those wheels just spun and spin!! People need to read reviews thus got five stars from bike radar and that was when it was a grand!! Carbon isn't that much lighter than alloy so veare that in mind.Alloy is harsher though .I have a Boardman team carbon booked at 9kg approx and this moda is definitely lighter by at least a kg Boardman has a heavy cassette miw and spare tubes though.Paid 150.00 for mine second hand and I'll be selling for ,300 after I've swapped the wheels

The shifters are fine bit niusey compared to the Boardman SRAM ones
