It's included £169 down to £89 and then £76 with 15% off
It's got a poor heat output of less than 1kw, that's less than most electric heaters on lowest settings, Only really suited to a small room or ensuite, having a large older house all our rads are at least 1kw with some as high as 2.5kw.

Or suited to a room where you have other radiators or don’t want a plain rad stuck under a window. Life is about choices.

I was once told that vertical rads put out much less heat than horizontal rads. Is this true? Wouldn’t mind one of these but no point if the output is on par with a chrome towel rail

Actually 1kW electric radiator is a very very good output for a bathroom - 0.5kW is the norm. 2kW is incredibly powerful and can heat a 15-20sq m room with ease, which is way larger than an average bathroom. Trust me, I have an all electric flat.

I've ordered this just for a small open room to hopefully minimise the heat difference but 2800 BTU it's not going to heat a large room, if trying to heat a larger room or living room I believe about 7000 BTU is best.
