Fully-Featured Controller Delivers Precise, Responsive Control

With a design and button layout inspired by traditional console controllers, MOGA offers a much finer level of control than your mobile device's touchscreen. With the controller's dual analog thumbsticks, you'll enjoy a competitive edge in first-person shooters, racing games, platformers, and other mobile games that call for quick, precise control.

Bluetooth Enabled for Reliable Wireless Connections

MOGA pairs wirelessly with your smartphone or tablet via Bluetooth. The controller's powerful Bluetooth transmitter instantly sends commands to your smartphone, avoiding latency. And since the connection is wireless, you can enjoy mobile games without having to hold your device.

If you prefer a more hands-on approach, you can attach MOGA directly to your smartphone using the MOGA Arm. This extendable bracket grips your smartphone and holds it at an angle, transforming your mobile device into a handheld game console. The MOGA Arm can expand to accommodate devices up to 3.2 inches/82mm wide.

Ergonomic, Portable Design for Longer Gaming Sessions

Featuring a contoured, ergonomic design, MOGA ensures your comfort even after hours of gaming. The controller's edges are coated in a tactile rubber grip, helping reduce wrist fatigue during extended gaming sessions. MOGA is also completely portable, with a compact frame small enough to slip into your pocket.

The free, downloadable MOGA Pivot App gives you instant access to the ever-growing list of MOGA Enhanced Games. The app searches Google Play and shows you exactly which games are compatible with MOGA, sparing you the trouble of researching which games will work.

Does that £9.10 price include delivery?

Original Poster

No sorry, although I did put (free delivery with orders over £10) in the description. I've heard of people pre-ordering games to get free delivery then cancelling them in order to get around the delivery issue, hope that helps.

Looks good and cheapest it's ever been by a mile, not sure why cold?

Edited title to explain the Amazon free delivery minima, cheers.

The pre order trick doesnt work anymore.

jus add something else then cancel that item

bought this a few weeks ago when about 30p more. its been drifting down by a few pence a day since then. will probably continue to do so.

works well with a limited population of games. however it does not work with any recognisable 'standard' so if your game is not on the list it simply doesnt work.

To use the controller you ... Start the moga pivot app...pair the device...select the compatinle app you wish to play from a list within the moga app.

not that many great games there... ive mainly been playing gta and modern combat titles. once you install software and pair the device it works well and compatible apps have had a lot of work done to make sure the controller is well integrated (in game prompts showing the buttons exactly as they are on your device etc). so when it work it works extremely well.

you can also install another app (moga universal driver) to allow use with any emulator which supports mapping controls to keyboard keys (i.e. on a spectrum qaop and space). this doesnt work quite so well ...the two moga apps cannot be run at the same time and you need to do a bit of fiddling about to get the gamepad set up at yhe atart of each session.

also the box contains a code for a free download of 'sonic cd' however mine was invalid.

that said for the price i was pleasantly surprised and anyone going in with their eyes open should be happy.

Is this compatible with the Amazon FireTV box?

Mine was too. I emailed them and they said the promotion had finished and they could not do anything about it.

It is a bit annoying with some humble versions of games as they don't appear normally in the pivot app.

Pair with the app and start the game and it works ok however.

buy it and if its not send it back free delivery anyway

If its heavy enough could make an ideal stand for your phone aswell. Any one know?.

Excellent price for this controller.
I don't use mine as often as I thought I would, but certainly worth a try at this price.

I think that Sonic game is often available for free on the Amazon AppStore, anyway.

How is this as a Bluetooth controller for PC? Thinking if it is quite good and portable enough, pair it with a Linx tablet

No - even with batteries inside the controller, it won't support the weight of my Samsung S3.
(is fine when in my hands, of course!)

edit: scratch that - adjusting the angle of the phone means it will support it between 90 degrees (upright) through to about 120 degrees.

I bought one on the previous deal a few weeks ago. It won't work as a phone stand because it is light.

It does have a good feel, only disappointing things are it's a bit faffy to set up and I couldn't for the life of me get FPSE to recognise it. Works on every other emulator I threw at it. The sleeve is a nice touch as well, like an old glasses case snaps shut

Very tempted at this price. Just a shame I don't play games on my phone. May be a good way to get me back into emulating.

Showing as free delivery from the 9£ seller. Went all the way through to checkout

Amazon price gone up to 16.79

Ordered from third party seller for £9. Almost ordered it last night for £9.10 :p.
Strange thing though before I placed the order it said delivery Saturday 3rd but, after placing the order it changed to Sunday. Even though if I re-add to the basket now, it still says Saturday delivery :S.
Oh well, Sunday delivery means DPD will bring it and I'll defo get it then, rather than it possibly being sent by Royal Mail and not arriving on time.

Edit to add: When I looked last night, Amazon wasn't showing as £9.10 it was over £12 (I didnt look any further) and was only third party sellers at £9.10)

Had this for over a year now.

To use the controller, you have to use their "pivot"app which only works on a handful of games.
I used this software called "moga universal driver" also on the playstore. This allows you to use it as a normal controller and works on any emulator and controller supported game.

Only issue is now with the Lollipop Update, the "universal driver" app now longer functions correctly, effectively rendering my moga controller useless unless i use their pivot app!

Great price - got one for Christmas. Works well with emulators - requires a bit of jiggery pokery and switching keyboard layouts, but once it's working you can play to your heart's content.

I wonder if a Nexus 6 will fit, description says up to 82mm and the Nexus 6 is 83mm.

Moga Pro Mobile Gaming System Controllers are the best options, far too expensive though, but they are quality.

Treated myself to this; got it working with a Sony Z1 fine, works off the bat with Terarria and the GTA games great, as is Dead Trigger 2 apparently.

Needs decent 2x AAA batteries (cheap ones hardly work, Duracell are great), Pivot App is cool and some emulators work great with it (Snes9x EX+ is awesome, as is DraStic and VGBA). Finding it awkward to setup the Moga Universal Driver though alongside Moga VK; any pointers?

Cannot find games list, can someone put them in comment? especially interested in Real Racing 3

Had anyone here tried the MOGA universal driver app?

There's a big official list included on the MOGA Pivot App (you can download and run the app without the MOGA handset connected, it will show you the complete list).

Looking at this the games include;
Another World
Asphalt 7 and 8
AVP Evolution
Bards Tale
Blazing Souls Accelate
Crazy Taxi
Dark Knight Rises
Doom GLES
Dungeon Hunter 3 and 4
Farming Sim
Gangster Rio
GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas
GT Racing 2
Heretic GLES
Hexen GLES
KOF97
Max Payne
NOVA 3
NFS Most Wanted
Prince of Persia Shadow and Flame
R-Type
Ravensword Shadowlands
Real Boxing
Rogue: Beyond The Shadows
Samurai Showdown 2
Shadowgun and Deadzone
Sine Mora
Six Guns
Sonic CD, Sonic 1 and Sonic Episode 4
Soul Craft
Wild Blood
Wind-up Knight
Wraithbourne

There are more but these seem to be the main ones; MOGA have their own store selling these games but if you own the games from somewhere else just make sure you've got the most up to date version to use the controller (eg if you bought Wild Blood from Google Play make sure you've got it up to date and you can still use the MOGA pad on it).

I've been using this for a long time nothing beats using mupen64AE from the Google play store (A free N64 Emulator) with a copy of Mario kart 64 or ocarina of time.

If your having trouble connecting it hold down the Power button before you switch it on and keep holding it down till it does works MUCH quicker.

Some good emulators that work for me are

My Boy = Gameboy Advance Emulator I'd suggest downloading Final Fantasy Tactics Advance one of the best games I've ever played with a great story and perfect game play for a phone sized screen.

My Old Boy = Original/Colour Gameboy Emulator I'd suggest pokemon yellow perfect old school game not overly complicated and as good as it got on the original Gameboy.

Super Retro 16 = Super Nintendo Emulator I'd suggest super Mario world it's the one where you get to ride a Yoshi enough said.

Mupen64AE = Nintendo 64 Emulator two great games are Mario kart and ocarina of time both great on the moga.

Cool rom. Com is a great place to look although I'd advise downloading each game individually and not installing their download manager.

I know roms are a grey area but for me all the games I play I own original copies of which is why my nes Emulator only has super Mario bros which is the only game I ever had for it because it came in the box.

Also I would advise going for the paid emulators Save States are great to have meaning you can save the game whenever even halfway through a cut scene instantly as opposed to using the in game saves which are sometimes few and far between.

Snes9x EX+ is free, has built in save states anywhere and auto-configs to Moga, runs everything I tried on it full speed, well recommended. Roms you should get include Super Mario All Stars (includes Super Mario World), Super Metroid, Super Ghouls and Ghosts, Super Punch Out (and possibly others starting with the word Super), Final Fantasy 3 (6 in USA), Chrono Trigger and Secret of Mana, Cybernator, Super Probotector, Axelay. These should keep you busy until 2016.

Yeah, both work fine

I got one for Xmas. works great with emulators. I use it mainly with drastic (ds emulator) for pokemon and Mario games. my girlfriend on the other hand hates the thing......

There is no 'standard' on Android - sadly - and this is an older device (it trumpets 2.3 compatibility like it's new!!) so support has tailed-off

However, there are third-party "driver" app downloads which allow you to map this to keyboard inputs - which means you can make it work with almost any of the many emulators there are on Android - and if you're rooted it can also be made to work like a USB joypad (so you get value from it's analog sticks too)

I got one for Xmas and I've had some fun with it - it's well made and about as usable as I've seen for a pad like this. Compared to the £70 Logitech someone I know has for their iPhone, it's a quality product!!
