Your a star as I didn't save the screen print so want to keep this as evidence as when I ordered I was expecting a new product with a 12 month warranty.

Repped

Yup when i saw it in the early hours of the morning it never said Grade A until about 8am , then later they changed it to grade A.

Does it state Grade A in anyones email?

When i check on my ebuyer account it says Grade A in my order history , not happy!

Just found a listing for this on EBay which shows this model as having a VGA in as well.

Dave.

I'm very disgusted at Ebuyer , i got my TV and you wouldn't believe how terrible the condition of the TV is in , scratches everywhere , on the LCD screen there must be dozens of massive scratches i just couldn't believe it.

I'm fuming at the moment , where do i stand guys? anyone got a screen print out i can print?

This is not even grade A its totally unusable.

I wouldnt of minded the odd scratched but ive already counted over 20 and there not even small

I forgot to sign it has not checked will this matter , as this is not the couriers fault but Ebuyers..

Please dont buy this unless you dont mind something thats looks like you just got it from a skip.

That sounds really bad. If this is the case, my estimation of eBuyer has gone down. I never liked their practice of raising and dropping prices like a yoyo, this just adds to the dissaproval factor.

I did get my order a lot sooner then i was quoted so i was thinking how good they are , until i opened the box.

Im still in shock to what arrived , not even worth £5 in my view......once everyone else gets there please tell me what the condition is like , maybe i might be just a one off or just bad luck , who knows but i know one thing ebuyer has lost a customer.

What makes me laugh is they put the price up for this peice of junk :?

I got mine really quick too.

It is pretty much like new so I guess I was lucky. If I look really closely I can see on one of the corners a little of the silver coating has worn off but if I hadnt have been looking I wouldn't have known. Although mine was not listed as grade A when I ordered (at the cheaper price) I will keep it as it is still a bargain. Picture is fine and I have no complaints. I feel sorry for those with poor condition sets though!

Maybe they sent the best ones to those who ordered when it didnt yet say Grade A.

Dave.

Anoyone else with this TV notice that the buttons on the remote are not mapped correctly. The AV button acts as a power button and the text reveal button acts as an AV button (ie - it switches sources). Sounds like they have included the wrong remote with the set. Another strange thing with it - the + and - P and V buttons on the front are the wrong way around (the + buttons are to the left of the - buttons)

Not major problems, and I am still very happy with it for the price, but strange non the less!

Dave

Glad your Tv seems ok apart from remote , switched mine on just to check if its even working and its also full of dead pixels also .......ebuyer are going to collect it.

I wouldnt class this as minor cosmetic marks as ebuyer now claim more like a dozen major marks
