Never been to Bournemouth, is it any good?
Got the week off next week so will be having a few day trips.
Usually would be going abroad but can't do it at the moment due to health issues.
Have a good time btw.

I find most UK beaches horrid, murky dark water.
Bournemouth has blue sea, soft sand. I went down in the heatwave and it was 35c.
Tbh it was just like being abroad.
My favourite place is dovedale in Derbyshire and monsal head in peak District.

I'm not used to holidaying in the uk tbh, not that I'm bragging or owt just prefer to have good weather guaranteed.
I'll check out the places and see how they look.
Going to whitby one of the days because the daughter hasn't been there before, won't be bothering with brid Scarborough and the like been there too many times.

By the means of "just like being abroad" do you mean full of fat British kids eating too much and complaining all the time while their parents shout and swear at them while they drink cocktails at 10am?

Give me a rainy day in the lake district anytime over that kind of being abroad.

Heat for the deal by the way.
