Mike Ashley can go suck a Covid

HoF has been limping as a retailer for the last couple of years.
Can you imagine if the only high street dept stores were JL and M&S?

Hhhhm, There's a brand new dance
but I don't know its name
That people from bad homes
do again and again
It's big and it's bland
full of tension and fear
They do it over there but we don't do it here

hhhmm, fashion.
Love molton brown but I would never pay that to have a nice smell in the room for the night. Cos that’s how long it will last

A night? You sure?

Still £48
Just don't order anything from house of fraser, you will regret it. Honestly, just look at all the reviews.

Dirty items, only half of order fulfilled, missing items, wrong items sent, on day of delivery the courier said it's having to be returned as stock is damaged, nothing received weeks after ordering (even after some people paid for express delivery). The list goes on.

Then for those many poor sods like myself who had an out of stock email moments after ordering.... Weeks later and still no money back.

They are also ignoring all social media contact, their email address bounces, nobody responds on their web chat and they have no phone number.

Why would anyone want to order a company that will behave in this way? It could even be a sign that in a few weeks or months they are going to fold entirely and then you will really be in a mess.

They should be blacklisted here

Sounds like a nightmare.

I've ordered many times in the past (prior to all the headlines) and was pleased with the service.

Sounds like it's all gone to 5h1t since their various attempts at preventing their demise.

I guess that's why they've added the £4.99 p&p so that you help cashroll their troubles.

Yeah, they've really messed it all up this time. I'm not sure if you remember their last minute attempt in March last year at trying to inflate end of year sales figures. They listed thousands of extra stock items at amazing prices (with the delivery date listed as being in April) that never really existed. It was posted here, some people questioned why it's being sold so cheaply and their staff told them it's because they are moving warehouse and need to stock gone.

People then made lots of orders (probably generating them an extra few million quid in sales) only to have all orders cancelled a few weeks later and a long wait for a refund.

This year at exactly the same time they did the same thing with listing thousands of items of stock at low prices. I was sucked in as I forgot about what happened last year.

It's so bad for them with that and the mess they are making of fulfilling orders for stock that actually exists that they have stopped updating their Facebook and twitter due to the amount of complaints on every post. They still update their instagram but have turned off all comments because of complaints.
