It could be an 80,000 edition, there seems to be a new monopoly out every week. Must be a nightmare to be a monopoly collector HEAT!

Yeah right, they're not cheap other, some of them are £30 each. Have you seen the list of all them there's hundreds if not thousands.

Kinda off-topic but why don't they reinvent the board based on the version how many times can you go around the same square, there's no drastic change between versions, once you've bought one you've pretty much bought em all, they could be way more creative like the fallout one could be in the shape of a door, Zelda one could be in shape on link or whatever

A retro look and "Includes tokens from the 1930s through the 2000s". Personally I'd get a used 50th Anniversary Edition for about £20. It's the version I grew up with and comes in a beautiful black and gold box and has metallic tokens.

If you collect your salary but forget to invest in your anniversary there's a chance that says you get the boot and lose your house on Park Lane

Its correct, but you get a £5 voucher to spend in store when you collect it:

Every time you use our Click & Collect delivery service and collect your parcel from our own stores, you'll receive a £5 voucher to spend in store, you'll be given your voucher by our store staff when you collect your parcel. This voucher is not available from Collect+ stores or when you use the Collect+ delivery service.

So you can always get some socks, a Kangol t-shirt or similar
I think this game made children greedy and self serving for 80 years, and look where we are now with the property market.
I would like to see a Socialist version where you start the game, give everyone an equal share of land and then the game ends with everyone a winner and there is no disparity in society.

You can buy an add-on here

SOCIALISM: The Game
The unofficial expansion to Hasbro's Monopoly, where everyone achieves total economic equality! It's a Game Changer.
