Good price.
HnR added, thanks.

I picked up The Simpsons Monopoly with electronic money card thingie at an Edinburgh store for £2 last weekend..whoop!

Is it any good? Apparently the lack of money takes some of the fun away...?

In my experience.. it's junk.

It does take ALOT of the fun out of the game. You can't use rules such as paying tax at free parking. Doing any sort of deal brings the entire game to a crashing halt whilt the 'credit cards' go back and forth trying to transfer money.

The banker has so much work to do and is constantly playing with the card reader thing to just do the simplest transfer.

Consider this:

"Congratulations! It's your Birthday! Collect £10 from each player"

Hold on guys whilst we put birthday guys card in and player number ones card, type in money to be credited. Remove cards. Put in birthday guys card and player number 2s, type in money to be credited. Put in... etc etc etc

:w00t:

I'm sure you get the idea.
