Review by MAJ (thanks)

1. Denon (Classic Acoustic Luxury over-ear headphones)
2. Technics Over ear headphones
3. Denon On ear headphones (cheaper version of the Classic Acoustic)

i have to say these are probably the best headphones i've had!! These are on par with the Denon Classic Acoustic which cost me around £115! i've been using it for the past few days and just can't believe how good they really are! They aren't the most comfortable headphones i've used but for £16 they are a bargain!

well worth the money and very bassy!!

i feel compelled to buy these.

I bought the Monoprice in-ears. Suffice to say, for £4, they are unbeatable. They are much better than my previous M31Ps which cost me £30 when I bought them, better fit, better soundstage, better everything.

An incredible budget buy, and I'm sure these are as well!

Me too, pretty good bass, certainly sound better than headphones that are 10 times their price, I assume that the advertised headphones above are much of the same.

So tempted. Just need to convince myself I need ANOTHER set of headphones....

Bought. Heat added.

are these a loud set. I have a samsung galaxy s3 and I am looking for a loud over ear set for my fone but they after be loud though

Sound wise, how would these compare the the AKG K450s?

Ordered a pair :D! Heat added!

"I doubt anyone will think the mostly black-plastic pair of headphones is a luxury design, but the 8323s aren't the least bit flimsy or poorly made. They feel more ruggedly built than Bose's new OE2 headphones ($149.95). The 8323 model's earcups swivel from side to side and up and down, so the padded ear cushions conform to your head shape better than many far more expensive headphones"

head-fi.org/pro…568

"I actually prefer their sound to that of the AudioTechnica M50. They are smoother to listen to with more mids, yet are still very bass capable. For $20, the MHP-839 is every bit as good as the $150 M50 in sound. So if you're looking for a budget closed performer, the MHP-839 is it. It's a really good budget headphone that has the sound of far more expensive headphones."

thinkboxly.blogspot.co.uk/201…tml

"Comparable sound to $100+ headphones, convenience in flexibility and one-sided removable 3.5mm cables, and decent comfort all serve to make the Monoprice MHP-839 DJ-Style Pro Headphones without a doubt the best deal on the headphone market right now. While you may get metal construction, even greater comfort, additional noise cancellation, and slightly better sound from a $200 set, there's almost no reason to buy something else if your budget limits you to spending much less. Casual listeners can easily afford these headphones, and audiophiles and DJ's will even find the quality and features agreeable.

Seriously: if you're looking for a new pair of headphones, or you aren't but all you have ever known is throwaway earbuds, pick these up and treat yourself to some real sound. You won't be disappointed."

I bought these in the previous deal. Sound quality is superb. I would buy again without hesitation.

Not sure why but ended up buying a pair of these bars on what was said. Hope that they are decent. Thanks for the advice in advance! :-)

just bought, god knows why?
I saw i'd missed on the last thread and people were raving about them.

Thought i'd have a dabble

Ive been sold on the amazing reviews, im in need of headphones where the wire doesn't break! This seems to fit the bill, although by the looks of it, i wont be able to exercise with them on, unless someone who has these can say otherwise? Tempted to use £15 of my topcashback, if i transferred it today to an Amazon voucher, how long would it take, would it be instant or would it take a couple of days?

Might just order these. The monoprice in-ear earphones are great but I really want a decent set of cans.

paying out cashback as a voucher usually takes 3-5days (for me anyway)

Ordered & heated. Thanks! HELP!!!...I am buying way too many headphones at the moment - is there a a Headphones Anonymous Society I can turn to?

are these any good for mobile phones ?

Bought these one the last deal. Very pleased with them. Better than anything I've heard up to around £60, in fact I'd have to say it was some £100 Sennheiser open back headphones that were the cheapest thing I listened too that were noticeably better.

Highly recommended.

Was looking at Sony V55 or AKG 450's but have plumped for these thanks to the excellent reviews and the price is just stupidly cheap. Thanks again op.

Ordered 2 sets, thanks

just ordered a set for my fone. hopefully they are good and loud

Don't need headphones, don't really listen to much music but the hype has made me buy this set. Great!

Can anyone suggest any reasonably priced wireless headphones?

I cannot believe I've just ordered these! I already have a set of Senns and AKG over ear phones, both of which sound great. Can I also join Headphones Anonymous?!

Thanks to the op and this site for costing me yet more money on a must buy deal.

Heat I suppose...

Just grabbed myself some, be interesting to see what the quality are like!

Ive got the AKG 450'S. They are class once burned in. Having said that they are 3 times the price of these.

Alas i succumbed to the power of these Headphones, as i didn't want to lose out on this offer. Ive not has working headphones for months!

HUKD + All these fantastic Headphone deals = Me - £ + 8 pairs of earphones
Thanks OP! Heat added, begrudgingly though.

Exactly the problem I have. I see a deal like this and I think wow bargain headphones, they sound amazing for the price, you'd have to spend at least 3 times as much to hear anything better, what's that brain? You're telling me I need to look at headphones that cost 3 times as much....ok done that...but wait what's that brain? What you're telling me there's better ones for £99? Ok I'm looking at those..but wait brain...oh sod it I've gone for the custom made in ear headphones I saw on the gadget show for £700 F.U. hotukdeals and F.U. Brain!

Damn all of you with these quality reviews - ordered. I don't need three pairs of headphones arrrrgh

Great price, heated

thanks OP had to resiest buying these. I'm in the market for some clip over ear type headphones for jogging,as the conventional style in ear headphones never stay in. Can anyone recemmend a decent set of clip over headphones please?

I bought these on the last deal and they are superb.

I have the Denon AH-D1100's - £30 from a previous HUKD, but unfortunately the jack that goes into my phone is slightly loose so sometimes my music cuts. I feel this will only get worse with time until the jack bit packs in altogether. Two questions:

- Does anyone know if the jack bit is repairable DIY? (I assume paying someone to fix would be uneconomical given the £30 I paid for the headphones)
- Would these Monoprice set provide a suitable replacement?

Apologies the questions are quite specific to me and probably wont help anybody else, but any advice will be much appreciate

Thanks
I've been looking for a new set of headphones for a while now.
