Cannot find this anywhere Cheaper brand new. Luckily did not buy the one I saw @ comet for £80 and though let me search the web. Very good product as i have already purchased one and now ordered a second. When it arrived it had £99 sticker on it. I know there are about £75-£100 in the likes of Comet, currey's etc.....

you can grab them second hand from Amazon @ around £45.99.

This may be a misprice and should be £99 reduced to £89, the M&S website showing a reduction from £49.50 to £35.
Get delivered to store for no extra charge, otherwise, citylink it for £3.50

Comes with quality wires, including gold plated coax, gold plated sat cable (f connector type) and standard phone cable.

Hope this helps someone.

edit added : and not to mention it has a DEDICATED plug for use with network plugs without the loss of speed.(called PLC compatible socket: allows full-speed network comms)

OK here you go full product specs:
2.5m length PowerLine™ 100 cable with 24K gold contacts maximise corrosion resistance and power transfer
Comprehensive surge protection for AV, coax and phone connections
Cables included: 2 coax, 1 phone
Patented colour-coded sockets and cord labels
Monster HD Clean Power™ Filters remove the effects of electrical noise and interference to maximise your equipment's lifespan

@lefthand, the quality is really really good actually, I was pleasantly surprised when I opened it, the whole base is smooth rubber and the plastic used at thetop is of excellenty quality, let alone the gold plated connections everywhere really happy with this, hence bought a second for my PC and peripherals. first one used for the TV,ps3,sky, TPLINK etc....and not to mention it has a DEDICATED plug for use with network plugs without the loss of speed.(called PLC compatible socket: allows full-speed network comms)

Thx ordered
I have two of these. Fantastic piece of kit, especially at that price. Think I paid £25 Each for mine when Best Buy was closing down
Only got one sat input, bit useless if you've got sky plus, isn't it?

common sense would say yes (useless for sky HD/Plus) ....I use it with my multisat so only one lnb input and it works fine

Stating the obvious there noddy.
So this is a surge protected 7-way power strip with an RRP of £100? Monster's at it again..

Please dont fall for their marketing. 'Interference' and 'electrical noise' will probably not affect the lifespan of your equipment. Most surge protectors do not actually block PLC. PLC is blocked by 'noise' filtering power strips like these (which is why they have to have a dedicated socket - they probably just bypass the filtering and claim FULL SPEED!). Turning off other sockets when a specific one is turned off is not revolutionary.

ALSO, aside from being completely useless for sky+/freesat HDR users, your satellite cable goes straight from the dish into your box. Where is the intereference? You're more likely to lose quality of signal by pushing it through further circuitry and more connections.

I'm not voting cold as it is a good deal cheaper than the RRP, but it's still not worth buying. Nor is anything by Monster, ever.

@ryz0r even purely as a surge protector I think the price and quality is well above average. , just go check ur local store (tesco, asda etc ) for their own make and the price they charge. Not mentioning the plasticky feel and rubbish build quality these shops have.
No reason to vote cold if u can't find it cheaper. As people want these and I've seen them go for more on eBay 2nd hand
When you consider the only type of power surge you can get on a telephone line, the most likely on a coax cable is a lightning strike then this product is absolutely useless for the stated applications. The bumph states it has a rating of 3672 joules of surge protection, a lightning strike has a minimum of 1 billion joules and up to 10 billion joules. Ref below.

@argoj. From ur link. Last paragraph quote " A decent surge protector is still worth the money, it just doesn't work for direct strikes. "

Sorry, I'll run everything by you before i post again.
@Shadow that's why i said i was NOT voting cold but it's also not hot, for me at least. Although i appreciate they're probably of decent build quality, and fair play if anyone wants to flip these on fleabay for a bit of profit!
I think the OP has been on the funny stuff on the value of these on ebay, just checked completed listings and one sold at £39, £31, £31 +£29

there is also a BNIB one on ebay at £19.99 with no bids with 2 days left to run

Funny stuff? :D? £39 used is more than £35 brand new is it not????
Second hand price u mention 39, 31,31 and 29 exclude postage. Add these up and check ur sums

So One and only one on eBay bnib@ 19.99 and 4.50 post will definitely go above the second hand price u mention plus postage. So still what I posted is 100% accurate and cheaper.

Who's on the funny stuff man

Voted hot as it's a good price for Monster's overpriced tat.

Still an utter waste of money though.
