Great price
Good to see it starting to come down.
Great price, great game. Plenty to learn for new players to the series though. Keep an eye on newly listed copies on eBay too if you're not in a rush. I was looking to pick up a copy for my pals and managed to get them for around 30 / 33 ish shortly after launch. I've also recently seen a couple listed at between 20 and 25 quid with a few others under 30 so it's worth keeping your eyes peeled!

of if you have a decent PC you can wait a bit longer and play it on a gloriously un-capped frame rate. I own a standard PS4 and due to jumpy fps the game was too stuttery for my taste so i sold it straight away. Here is a link for those who are interested in a performance review:

Great price, first time I've seen it sub £40. Paid £45 for it in PS4 and it's worth every penny, played about 30 hours so far.

Great advice
Slapping around big fat puppies that roll onto their backs, the lack of AI is laughable, these lumps move at glacier speed, paddling with their little legs while meatheads slap them with 10ft swords, .....is there a game in there somewhere?, one for the lazy gamer. A good price though.

Nope. No idea what you just said
Great price for a great game, regular updates and additional FREE content ie armour, weapons and monsters. Only thing paid is gestures and npc costumes etc. 300hrs into it and still enjoying but each to their own
Most hyped game I ever played. Clunky controls, repetitive, blurry graphics, grind fest.

Controls are not easy but that's what makes them good. They are easier the previous games. This is the most noob friendly game in the series though. I find the graphics to be good. The grinding is fun.

It's not for everyone.

I'm 200+ hours in and it's still awesome.

Thanks! There's a copy on eBay that's just been listed for £28 so yeah, definitely worth keeping an eye out
Does it hunt monster in real life as well?

I paid £26 + £3 postage for a mint copy for the PS4 on ebay. Not really my sort of game but I thought I'd try it due to it being a triple A release and the game itself looked stunning. I'll play a bit more this week but it looks like I'll be selling it next weekend as I don't think my gaming skills and weapon crafting skills are good enough. I have 10 hours gameplay but I'm starting to struggle a bit because I really need to co-op these battles with one or two friends. I can really see the game excelling online but unfortunately my friends don't like monster type games.

It's definitely hard to learn on your own for sure! I started with Monster Hunter 4 for the 3DS and honestly it took a very long time to learn the weapons, mechanics, crafting etc. It is quite an overwhelming game and needs a lot of time to practice before it gets good. Before you sell it I'd definitely recommend watching some youtube tutorials (Gaijinhunter and Arekkz Gaming make good videos) and you may pick up some tips to help you. If you still aren't quite enjoying it after that then it may be worth selling it, but I'd definitely suggest giving it a little bit more time just in case you start to get better at it! Also if you need any help just pop me a message, I play on the Xbox but I'll happily help you if you have any questions.
Hopefully Amazon will price match this

I’m playing solo and did wonder if I’d get anywhere but read a bunch of beginners tutorials, upgraded and forged new armour and weapons, did more optional quests and research before storyline quests so more prepared now. Capturing or killing takes too long still tbh but that’s the game.
