how can you say its not a deal. I never knew about. an a quid is a compleate bargain.
Can adults go and see this without kids?
from website

EACH ADULT MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A CHILD.
£1 to watch this at cinema is awesome!

I seen it and it's a great movie with lots of laughs ... great for kids and adults alike
really good movie, might go back again!
Wish they had cineworld near me! Dont quite fancy the 107 mile trip to see it x
Movies for juniors at Cineworld is brilliant - such a good idea! They also show this one in 3D I think! £1 for a 3D movie is fab!
it went up to 1.50 in mine a few weeks ago - rugby

It may be a quid, but it's not the same film every week is it!? perspective needed perhaps methinks.

For one reason or another we haven't seen this yet so saturday films are great as a family outing with the kid, so compared to a regular ticket price this is truly a deal for us.

Can you find it cheaper!??

Yes perspective is needed...its a cinema.... the films will change most weeks lol, but the price is always the same!
£1 when you book online, otherwise it's £1.50, we watched Dispicable Me 2 last weekend for £1 each, excellent deal
All movies for juniors showing full price in Bolton

It's great value for money, that's for sure, but it's the regular price for the weekend kids matinee thing.

I can see both sides of the argument to be fair. Not meaning to split hairs but they do show the films for 3 or 4 weeks before rotating them. At least they usually do. Despicable Me 2 has been on the go for the past few weeks for example.

It's great value for money, amazing value in fact for a wee morning out with the family but it's a regular price for a regular event. You wouldnt want or expect folk posting Dominos deals for 2 for Tuesday whenever a new pizza was introduced would you?
Also available on the Sunday for £1 for members, or £1.50 for non-members :-)
I know what you mean, but you really only get to see 1 film per saturday morning showing at that price, so in essence if yo went every saturday it's a deal for a fresh film at a quid per week, plus any other time it's around £6.50 plus per person to wedge your bum cheeks on a seat, ..so for 3 people (as we are) it's 3 tickets for less than the price of one on any regular day, that's what I guess is the bargain factor, £3 total for us compared to around £19.50, & they're new to us as we tend to wait for them to come around for the purpose of utilising this deal, prior to buying them to watch at home (from £3- £5 when spotted here for instavnce) on our home cinema projector, (120+ inches of fun, ...ooer).
Not available everywhere.
At least not in the cinema where I watched Desplicable Me 2 and Planes last week during half term.
I knew about Movies for Juniors, but still glad to get a heads up about this film coming. So I, and my kids, thank the OP!
It's Saturday AND SUNDAY btw. And only 2D in my nearest cinema unfortunately - would have liked to catch it in 3D this time.

Know what you mean, in the same boat. In the run up to Christmas it's been a life saver for somethign to do at the weekend on the cheap!!!

Is it one child per adult? I'd quite like to go to this with my wife and daughter, is this possible?

Cannot confirm this, guess each cinema may act individually, however my local has always been fine with multiple children with one or more parents, we regularly see around 5 children with one adult present for the group, think a few parents club together to take them out whilst others get a few hours kid free shopping or whatever, ..sensible idea if all from the same village, or nearby streets.
ring & confirm, & don't forget whilst it's only a matter of pence there are furter savings to be shaved off the price if you are a member of their e-newsletter or something, sorry, wife books so i'm ignorant as to the exact saving!
Many thanks
