I've been after a good nightlight for my folks... I found something called a 'moonlight' which costs 50p per year to run. Its £7.99-£9.99 +P&P everywhere I look.... but today Amazon's price just clicked to £5 with free P&P Might be worth a look?

Awesome! ordered 2 for hallways

Ordered one of these a while back from Amazon for £9.17. So great deal! I'm just annoyed I didn't wait.....Good item...Not sure on the 50p a year bit, as I think this was calculated when electric was a lot cheaper. Heat added though,

Ordered 1 - heat added!

It says its half a pence a day, which is around £1.80 a year.

I almost bought one yesterday for £7.99 from amazon... but I slept on it. sweet!

My cousin is staying with us and using my ikea halogen desk lamp (which i'm not too pleased about). I bet that's costing me an arm and a leg in electricity, gonna get one of these and tell her to stop wasting the life out of mine!

Heat added!

Thanks

Many thanks, nice spot.

But 8 hours sleep a night = a third of a day = 60p?

Great! Just ordered 2 for the kids bedrooms.

do these have daylight sensors sensors in them or do they just run continuously?
..the blurb seems unclear, thanks!

Thanks just what i needed .... ordered one

Are these quite good then? x

Does anyone know how much is costs to run a usual energy saving bulb - wondering whether this would be worth buying for the hallway instead of having the light on all night?

Thank you

Ordered a pair for the kids, been looking for this sort of thing

I went to buy but Amazon are not selling them, sold by other companies for dearer prices now.

missed this, deal has expired now

I can't see it any more. next one is £9 delivered.
