Cheers, still waiting for a Woodlore knife - maybe only a couple of years to go!

Nice, heat, want!

£9.24 with 10% discount code HDGD3e039

great price - thanks

Bought, with 10% code as above, thanks!

Excellent, been after one for a while and at this price a no brainer. Beats knives 10x this price.

missleading

^^ This is only a small 3 1/2" utility knife.

bizarre that the majority of knives on that site have no dimensions listed at all.

Out of curiosity why do people need these?

Some for work, some for pleasure (outdoor activities), some for collection.

Beans on toast
Cutting toe nails
Trimming pubic hair

And a blade of this quality doesn't even need washing between uses!

Standard requirement of a zombie survival kit

Pound for pound im pretty sure any of the Mora knives cant be beat. Lots of heat, well done op.

Ah, 3 weeks old hence no stock just realised.

Just out of curiosity went to see what throwing knives they have:

"We stock the best Throwing knives in the UK, a huge range of throwing knife sets."

and underneath:

There are no products matching the selection.

http://www.springfields.co.uk/categories/bushcraft-knives/throwing-knives.html

You get these in every Hardware Store here in Norway, way cheaper than that price too.

Good knives.

I bought one when this was last on here, great basic knife.

No dimensions on the site which annoyed me, but just measured mine and the blade is 95mm long, and the rubberised handle is 115mm, so a shade over 8" total length, and it comes in a sheath.

Nice site, good luck to him.

If this is the same knife then it is cheaper here but currently out of stock online: http://m.clasohlson.com/uk/Morakniv-Pro-S-Knife/40-9460
They had some in stock in their Kingston branch this week too.

great quality for price - good in field or in garage

Mora make the best cheap knives on the planet. I always wonder what planet people live on when they wonder why people could possibly need a fixed blade knife or worse still a pocket knife. These kinds of people must be next to useless as human beings. Even my 72 year old Mom carries a small swiss army knife on her key ring. You can find a million and one uses for them around the home, work place, garden, garage, camping or work place provided you are the kind of person that actually does stuff as opposed to paying or brow beating others to do all the little things that need to be done in life.

A Swiss army knife is a pocket knife genius. Although tbf, I often wonder what planet my mom lives on too.

I have 3 Mora's as kitchen knives. They actually make a kitchen range. Using Spyderco Sharpmaker I'm easily able to maintain knives.

Thanks good price. Also (Anyshape) knife sharpener is on sale Asda in store only now £6.

What sort of width is the handle? hate skinny deep handles

These knives are used as basic tools in every tool box in Scandinavia. Mostly for cutting fishing line and rope. For less than £7 what do you expect? Its a throw away tool.

I did qualify my statement by referring to both fixed bladed knives and folding knives, genius.

Fattest part of the grip is 30mm (back to front), circumference is 95mm.

I've got some knives with much bigger handles, but personally I still find this very comfortable, it's like an over-sized paring knife, with a rubber handle.

Some thing lost in translation here, exchange rate for one.

I love Mora knives, use them for all kinds of scouting and DIY. Great deal.

Now I can become the new bear grylls

I'm not a lover of Stainless steel in general and much prefer a carbon steel blade.
