Heat and rep for the effort

i used to do them all seperate but thought i`d make a tidy list which i can keep updated so rep back for it

Cheap cameras all gone.

shame..they must have seen this post!

Original Poster

prob because they have had these cameras and that on for a while so that could be why they sold so quick with 20% off

Damn the camera I was interested in from your wicked list (both in your effort and it's potential of killing my wallet) is out of stock (Sony DSLR). Oh well, I guess it was for the best. Heat and rep added.

Bulk quantities of TAT :-(

No, just one-offs, so not even bulk quantities!

Oh how I wish I could put these threads on ignore, ignoring individual users doesn't even do it as more and more overpriced second-hand stuff gets posted :-(

I don't want to buy second-hand stuff, unless it is properly cheap, (and some things not at all) and thus far, not one single second-hand posting on this site has been at second-hand prices - I don't call 80 or 90% of the new price any sort of bargain, especially so when the products are not even current models for comparison!

More so, posting items that consist of only ONE item to buy isn't just a waste of time, it's maddening, even if it was new. The odds of catching it are running closely behind that of winning the lottery.

The option to separate the increasing level of this sort of post and exclude it would be a godsend.

Thanks for all the effort OP

(Colour : Not Applicable ; Size : Not Applicable)

Was £649.00
Save £229.01
NOW £419.99

Heat and rep for effort on this one!

nihcaj, you need to get your head out your ar$e - if you dont like the deals then dont read them - the title of the post give you all the info you need - if refurbs etc dont rock your boat then just keep on scrolling down, and try to act a bit more mature for god sake. Is that so hard to do?
Just because YOU dont like it doesnt mean others would - there are thousands of users here....
Some people on here, really.......

Whats the code about? i put into the coupon box and it says invalid?

No, not at all, it wastes my time.

Is your TROLLING over now?

What these as sholes seem to be doing is quoting the RRP on the products release and then selling it for the reasonable amount you would pay for that product if it were new. But its refurbished instead :s

I've noticed what Adnan has suggested, too. These seem to have gone up from the prices listed, shame. Heat, however, good effort.

Heat and rep for the effort, although there's nothing on there that appeals to me.

I must be doing something wrong because the code is not working for me trying to order the tocco for my son

Code is not working for me either.

Because you don't like the prices, doesn't mean others cannot. Just because in your mind the discounts aren't good enough, doesn't mean people agree.

If we all agreed with you, this would a much poorer site than it is.

If you don't want to buy second hand stuff, then don't buy it, no-one is forcing you. If you don't want to read posts about second hand stuff, don't read them - it says it all in the title really.

Or maybe you're just bitter because you missed out on a bargain?? Not the OP's fault that you're obviously a bit on the slow side.

As for your rant, is it really warranted?? Eh, no. The OP took a bit of time and effort to post about bargains (yes, that's right, bargains) that he found, and rather than do a seperate post for each item he combined it into one, thus saving others a bit of time. And all you want to do is rant about it??? You're a muppet. Really, you are... :x

Not sure if I missed something on this, but I agree with this post. Most of the items are priced at discounted new prices available on the net. An exhample is the Philips DVD recorder with freeview priced at £119, I found the newer model with Divx support on Play.com:-

Philips DVDR5500 DivX DVD Recorder With Freeview
Customer rating: Not yet rated (Not yet rated)
from £69.99

Perhaps all the good stuff went early, still thanks to the OP for the effort.

1. Ah, but I do buy second-hand. Not very often, and never, so far from any of these posts, as they are not bargains in any sense of the word, just expensive shop returns, close ot full price because people are too willing to fill the tills of retailers out to get what they can for this gear. I do't blame the retailers, just those deluded into thinking they are getting some sort of a bargain :-(

2. I really don't want to read them, but usually they DON'T show their true status until a few hae read through them, and then people like me push posters to amend them to show their true nature - there is no easy method of filtering them out. When it was one or two posts, onodd occasions if didn't matter, now there are huge numbers, it is a bind. I do wish these could be posted separately, then the misleading posts could be controlled too, and I would fly through reading posts.

3. As ever inusulting posts are quick to appear when someone says somethiugn you don't like. If you believe you are getting a bargain, then you are easily suckered into paying over the odds. I would much sooner be a muppet :-)

Looks like their website may have crashed or it's too busy!

the W20PER17 would not work = said not valid.. :-( but otherwise good post.. might get TV
