Me too, got full refund

Our one is fine, no problem with the taste. Got sent this one as a replacement when our old cream one started playing up.

I bought a Amazon Market Place return, plenty always available, presumably because of the fantom plastic smell. Nevertheless, No problems with the one I received, we’ve been very pleased with it.

Not sure about this one but they are so much hassle just get a normal kettle

Had mine for years now, never given me any trouble. One of the best!

i bought a second hand one , taste was fine apart from leaking lol
