Thanks, hot.

Any idea what model this is please? I can't find it for sale anywhere else and therefore can only find the two reviews on the homebase website.

where have you been lolz Amazon have been doing black Friday deals all of last week

I think the increased size is the biggest selling point here. Bought a 30L Panasonic microwave from John Lewis for £99 earlier this year and since then I really wouldn't want to be without the extra capacity. Unlike regular microwaves which tend to be around the 20L mark - I've had absolutely no space issues whatsoever - no matter what size crockery I've thrown at it.

To get 25L and 900w for just £49.99, which is usually the starting price for most basic lower specced machines, is fantastic.

HOT.

My point exactly.

Got this one a week ago for £65 from John Lewis with free 2yr warranty. I think it looks much more elegant, and Samsung too.

But it's 23l and 800w compared to 25l and 900w. Can't quite compare the two in that respect. I do prefer the look of the Samsung one though.

Yeah, I know what you're saying, but a small difference in spec was a small price to pay for me for much better looks, better brand and 2yr warranty.

Great, ordered after having my last order from Rush it UK cancelled because they had mispriced it on Amazon.

They were lucky I was waiting for my delivery before letting the millions know on here.

samsung is too dark to see contents inside according to some reviews, also doesnt appear to have a quick 30sec button?

what do you think? looks nice otherwise, and tempted

Yours costs more, is smaller and is less powerful. And since when was something being Samsung a selling point?

Epic bought this immediately. A beast of a machine, proper value for money. Thanks.

Yep different dimensions

So it is, I was just going by the "AM925EF" that someone on the first page gave and since they're both suppose to be "25L", I didn't check further.

Thanks, needed a new one!

It's HOT from me, my microwave died yesterday :-)

I bought this today was gonna buy a 20l 800w last week for £59.99, glad I waited

Yep different dimensions

I suspect this is the same model as the 5 year old post. I've picked one up from my local homebase today. The model looks the same as the one from 2009 and the specs are the same. The difference in dimensions seems to be because the dimensions stated on this one are the dimensions of the box rather than the microwave. I don't really know if it being a 5 year old model will make any difference to me (I needed a new microwave), but it might to someone.

Surely the dimensions for this are wrong, 58cm high would make this higher that it is wider.

The 20l Morphy Richards one in Homebase was priced up at 84.99. So can't complain with this deal.

My brother sorted for Xmas (it's what he asked for).

Tempted to buy one for myself but gonna see how long the buzzing on the one I have lasts before it goes pop!

I got one, all good, happy with it, thanks OP

Me too absolute Bargain for a 25l and 900 watts

My last Microwave and current was a cheapy Cookworks 20l 700 watt from Argos and that was £49 , its lasted two years and is now all rusty inside and starting to spark.....spotted this and thought time to upgrade

Ordered thanks OP got it delivered for £3.95, less than the fuel i'd have spent driving to the store to collect it..

It's says £119 or am I missing something?

yes it expired at midnight

My Morphy Richards AS823 has just burned out its Magnetron 14 months after purchase from Argos.

I approached Morphy Richards about a repair to be told its nothing to do with them, just an own brand Argos microwave licenced to be badged as MR!

I wouldn't trust the Morphy Richards brand ever again. It is liable to be some cheap chop suey make product with a badge on.
