does this just pick up liquid or can it pick up carpets bits too?

these go for around £10 and you need to connect it to the end of a vacuum cleaner.

Great Price!

Bought 2 (keep 1 as spare)

Bought 1.....my kids are forever spilling juice...HOT

Thanks Chipmunk. How thoughtful of you to buy this for the Wife's birthday. Bought 2, one for us and one for the elderly couple next door

Nice find and, although not the most glamorous of deals, a very useful bit of kit that is delivered free (using the code - XV002) all for £1 - cant be bad.

Yep, def back in stock - just ordered one this morning!

Paid about 7 quid a while back.
UTTERLY useless. Looks as thought it should work, but sucks so litle through, a drinking straw would do better.

Thrown out about 3 weeks ago.

I would try it with plain water first!

Isn't a major factor the suction on one's hoover?

Isn't a major factor the suction on one's hoover?

Nope!

Too much suction pulls the valve part shut!
It has vents built in to stop too much suction. I even tried blocking it, but then the overflow protection closes!
