No idea if this is nationwide but would assume it is, they had several on the shelf at this price in my local Taunton store.

Chuffed as almost bought one a few months ago when it was half price, at 75% off I couldn't resist. Just been using it, makes a perfect cuppa and you can use either loose tea or tea bags if you prefer.

lol at the usual cold votes, even though this is a over £50 cheaper than anywhere else I've seen.
I voted hot. Iced tea is disgusting.

I'm guessing people are thinking it's a teasmade, it's nothing like that though.
I love the idea of someone spending 25 quid on this, then just making tea with teabags in it.

hehe, I'm sure it does, as did mine, although now I've been spoilt with this I won't be going back to my old teabag in the mug method. Definately a nicer cuppa for my taste anyway.
In store or what? I'd buy this but link doesn't seem to be direct (on iPhone) and I can't find it by searching.

hehe, I do like my tea X)
Great it has a 85 degree setting for green teas
I'm a bit of a tea kinda guy, loose leaf of course. Can someone who had used this tell me of the benefits? Im thinking the keep warm function is pretty cool but then my teapot and cosey dont do too bad. i feel like i want it just cos its tea related and I dont own it!!!
I will have a look tomorrow in Leeds. Will let you guys know.

Cheers - it does READ like an instore deal, but I'm a few drinks in lol.

I much prefer loose leaf tea too, obviously it isn't a great deal of difference to the traditional teapot method, but it's less faff and more reliable to get your perfect cuppa, then the fact it then keeps it warm for 20 minutes without stewing the tea(I never like the taste once it's been sat in the pot a while) is really useful, 2nd cup tastes as fresh as the 1st

More useful if you drink teas such as green and white as obviously you can set the temp to 85.
As the above says, if you are drinking oolongs, white, yellows or green teas it allows you to brew them at a lower temp and as these can often be brewed 6 or 8 times from the same leaves, just raising the temp to get them to release more flavour, this gives you far better control than a regular kettle and more accurate brewing time wise

I never actually realised this, very good to know. So in the case of white tea for instance I just leave the same leaves in there for my next brew? Much better value as white is a bit expensive and hence don't drink it very often.
