besides xmas pudding, what else can one do with brandy sauce?

I've been using it on leftover mince pies. A couple of tablespoons, certainly perks them up.
Thought about using it, to make Irish coffee - not tried yet.
500g goes a long way, too - Since I posted the offer, I'm only halfway down the pot.

It's listed as £1.25 for me (London) for delivery, I'm not near a store to try and get one. Great price though.... wouldn't have a clue what to do with it, add to random stuff? Post xmas bargains.... yes please
