Most people on here are aware of the Morrisons ongoing lunch deal for £3 including a sandwich or medium salad from the salad bar, any side and any drink. Always thought the salad was excellent value. However they have now expanded the deal to include:

  • The Best range, including premium sandwiches Katsu Chicken Pouch, Ham Hock, and Cheddar and Chutney
  • Exotic lunch items such as Black Sushi Rice Vegan Wrap; Pineapple, Guava and Baobab Juice; Beef and Horseradish on a Rye Baguette
  • New world foods which includes dishes from over 20 countries, including Argentina, Japan, Turkey, Morocco, Thailand and the US
  • There are now 370 different items to mix and match

The best lunch deal out there

It really is the best. Sometimes they have the ginormous red bull too.

The next best is co-op at £3.50 they have a somewhat decent range. Tesco and Sainsburys doesn't compare with the selection and asda don't even do a deal at all

Good deal, heat added

Our co-op is £3.75! Total rip off

Morrisons & Tesco do the best meal deals while Asda & Sainsbury are a joke

Great deal op

Boots meal deal is almost as good as Morrisons, worth checking out if youve got one nearby.

Sainsbury was good previously. Love their mature cheese with beef sandwich but they have now removed those range and down to basic sandwich which is not tasty.

I will have to, sounds terrible but i used to make my own (still do most of the time) but on Fridays or overtime I go for these. Never actually thought of going to BOOTS to get my lunch, ill give em a go.

Boots doesn't compare with the range and quality of products included in Morrison's offer.

The best range has always been in this. Just not well signed.

Morrison's lunch deal is great value. Also includes hot drinks, e.g latte, tea, etc. where there is a self serve machine in-store (not the restaurant)

Mmmmmmmmm cheers chichi

Best has been on for a while now, couple years here best butty is the New York pastrami and cheese on malt bread.

Shame they removed the hot lunch items from the £3 deal

Morrison's have always been the best when it comes to meal deals. Just wish they didn't stop doing the Turkey and Edam baguette.

Did they? When? I had a hot steak pie on Thursday as part of the £3 deal.

Cold, they don't offer a bottle of with it !!! Ha, only messin. Nice one chanchi. Youre a cool, cool , cookie monster

Still getting through all my free Gregg's lunches but I'll bear this one in mind for future!

The wimbledon branch is always half empty in the mornings. dont think even if I wanted this deal I will find what I am looking for. Voted hot

They changed from their 'Taste the Difference' sandwiches to those horrible ones with thin bread and meagre fillings (egg mayonnaise and cress, anyone?).

Cost cutting measure from them, so I stopped buying and bought in my own sandwiches for lunch after that.

Still a rip off. My daily lunch of leftovers costs between £0.40-£1.00. Don't know why anyone would pay anymore.

Well worth the money compared to other supermarkets deals, just wish they would sort their friut & veg out.poor quality and doesnt last

I usually get a 'best' sandwich (£2.70), walkers max crisps (80p) and a fresh drinking coconut (£2.50)... decent saving

That's funny I always find it half full, when was the last time you weren't there?

I agree that they are horrible.

You can get Wedges as a snack. Win!

Great stuff. Better than coop going the other way! Imagine my suprise. Off the diet first time in months. Grab me and the OH a meal deal. Came to almost a tenner! No wraps! Heat OP

I always go to Boots for the meal deal. Naked juicy by itself is normally £2+. And their chicken and tomato pasta is the best pasta.

Used to go Sainsburys till they removed all the good stuff for the deal.

Never gone to Morrisons for their meal deal as there are no Morrisons around.

Same, stopped buying from there even if it's nearby, they will only listen to your wallet.

Did they? When? I had a hot steak pie on Thursday as part of the £3 deal.

Our two local stores removed all the £3 deal branding from the hot aisle and changed it to hot item + hot drink deal. When asked, a staff member said it’s no longer included in the £3 deal. To be honest because of that, haven’t tried putting it through the till, but will now thanks!

My local have removed all the Best range from this deal.
