Morrison's are selling their Free From Pancake/Yorkshire Pudding Batter Mix for as little as 15p each! (Makes 12 Yorkshires or 6 Pancakes)

Preparation and Usage
How to cook:
Cooking appliances vary. These instructions are given as a guide. Please ensure that the product is piping hot throughout before serving.
To prepare the batter you will need:
1 large egg, 90ml milk or dairy free alternative, vegetable oil.
Yorkshire Puddings, Makes 12
1. Preheat the oven to 240°C/464°F/Gas Mark 9.
2. Empty the batter mix into a large bowl.
3. Beat the egg and milk together in a separate bowl.
4. Slowly pour the mixture into the mixing bowl with the dry batter mix and whisk until a smooth batter is formed.
5. Heat 1/3 tsp of oil in each cavity of 12 hole muffin tin in the oven for 10 minutes.
6. Pour the batter 2/3 of the way up each cavity and return to the oven. Bake for 10-15 minutes until well risen and golden.

Pancakes, Makes 6
1. Empty the batter mix into a large bowl.
2. Beat the egg and milk together in a separate bowl.
3. Slowly pour the mixture into the mixing bowl with the dry batter mix and whisk until a smooth batter is formed.
4. Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in an 8-9inch frying pan over a medium heat until hot.
5. Pour in enough batter to cover the pan and swirl the pan so that the batter creates an even layer.
6. Allow to cook for 30 seconds until the pancake is golden.
7. Toss or turn over the pancake and cook on the other side for 30 seconds.
8. Add another drop of oil to the pan before cooking the next pancake.

I've tried this.....it's pretty horrible.
Morrison's seem to be selling a few of their Free From range reduced recently. Maybe they're doing a re-brand. Last week I bought a stack of their Free From lasagne sheets for a fraction of the price of their regular wheaty lasagne sheets.
Different stores seem to have different stock reduced in f.f range. Definitely worth checking and stocking up on your favourites.
