Never had an issue, they even send preorders out early when possible. Got Elden Ring from them today rather than tomorrow.

    Sorry to hear that, although I would say that your situation is an exception. I've been using these guys for years and they're my top games retailer along with base.com. Never had an issue with either and almost always the best prices.

    I'll also chime in and say I've never had any problems with The Game Collection.

    Been using them for years like others and they're usually very quick with deliveries.

    Amazon seem to price match them a lot these days but I'd rather order from TGC if possible.
