I had the moser sora speed aluminium with Shimano sora which was a great bike but has more of a race geometry, this looks racy too.

does this shatter if you go over a hump to hard?

Yes, and it melts in direct sunlight and dissolves in rain.

but rain water? that'll strip the paint right off. need to store it in its own overnight tent

very tempting at this price....no doubt the price reflects that a new 11 speed 105 groupset will be out soon.

more probably the fact its supplied with a 'chocolate teapot' compact chainset.... X)

If you need a bigger size then the Verenti Insight 0.3 105 at Wiggle looks a good alternative for an extra fiver. Most of the components are the same and it has a 105 chainset. Link

What do you mean? (genuine question) thanks.

Great price for a carbon bike with 105 group set. I bought a similar bike from Wiggle this time last year. I paid £60 more a year ago. Heat added.

What do you have against a compact chainset? For many people they are a good bet. I would say that a triple with a 52/53 max chain ring would be even better.

I always thought it was the motion of the ocean that got results, not the size of the boat.
What's wrong with this particular boat?

what I think he means is that FSA chainsets are generally made out of "chocolate" - easy/quick wearing.. their high end stuff might fine but this is not as good as a proper 105 chainset.. don't be put off though a lot of people ride them and have no problems! I put over 6k miles on my other bike with one of those and it's still working fine.

Don't expose the frame to too much air as the oxygen in air combines with the carbon in the frame to make co2. Fact.

Does it fly?

Might be useful:

Alongside the actual review comments on the site, it looks okay, especially for the money.

As with all these, it's better to try it if you can, as that's the acid test.

You'd want it to at that price.

personally at this spec point, id expect an adult sized chainset, 53/42 or at a push.. 53/39 if it has to go that low. Really do not see the point in compact chainsets. Just a personal preference I suppose, but they're not for me.

Sorry for the delay, been out of circ for a while... I just meant that id expect a non compact chainset for this price, 53/42 or 53/39. I personally run out of gears with a compact, gearing is far too small for sustained high speeds on the road... I myself have an fsa gossamer which Ive run for years with no issues...
