It can't work out anything but your weight
I got the Nokia scales off a deal on here a few weeks ago and they are great. The Nokia health app is quality too.
The inaccurate measurements of this become apparent when after drinking a large glass of water or being warmer than when you last took a measurement you magically have lower body fat.

Are you sure? Most of these types of scale use electrical impedance to work other things out. Does this one not do that? Granted, there are questions over the reliability but they all have that problem.

Indeed, and my Nan uses tea leaves to find out the lottery numbers. Granted, there are said same questions over reliability but I'm sure for a modest fee she will give you some pointers for this weekend

Sadly the degree of inaccuracy really does mean that these scales which calculate all these wonderful extras are just a gimmick. Sure, it may give some sort of indication that you're heading in the right direction (down from 30%+ to 15% say, but the mirror is there for that also.

Regardless if it has electrical impedance or not it will be so far inaccurate. It may get your weight right
