Plenty for me. Thanks for your opinion though. Cheers OP. Heat.

I dunno, depends what you use it for. If you find the idea of watching a film on a small screen stupid, have realized that 90% of the apps on the app store are rubbish (and the ones that are a couple of GB in size get boring quick) and prefer to have your music on player dedicated to music (for sound quality reasons or just so you're not draining your phone battery).. The 8gb is plenty, really.

I don't know about others, but personally the novelty of 'Ooh I can do all this' wears off shortly, and it's just nice to have something that's reliable to use as a phone and occasional web browser. Which, this phone does perfectly, and with the 4-5gb you've got left over you've still got a space for a fair bit of stuff.. Assuming you don't want Need For Speed as that'll eat about half of it.

(Had mine for a couple of months and haven't had any issues with the capacity.. yet)

I hope Android does the same as Microsoft and allows apps to be stored on the sd card, this will make phones like this amazing value for the money.well it is already voted hot.

I have had the 8 GB for a month, plenty space for me. I prefer watching stuff on my big TV and listening to tunes on my walkman. Game wise, most are rubbish as you say. Touchscreen controls are rubbish for the good ones. Joypad or mouse and keyboard any day!

Won't happen Google don't like expandable storage. Ps no card slot on this anyway...

got one 8gb is plenty

8GB is plenty for me too, now using one of these rather than my Nexus 4. Apart from camera there's not really much in them considering the price difference when I bought the Nexus.
Just replaced the Mrs' clapped out S2 with a Moto G too, brilliant handsets.

Yup. The Cameras actually pretty good. Try the HDR mode.

5.5 ish

Such a great phone for £100... Latest version of Android . 20 hour battery life. Very snappy. Seems 1gb ram is all you need. 2gb left on mine had since launch

Don't get me wrong, the camera is perfectly fine for on the spot snaps. Not played about with it though so will try that mode thanks.

There is/has been a few of these, The fact remains they are all worth voting up as the phone is head and shoulders above ANYTHING in the price range. Unless you've cash to burn. The ebay unlock thing is as easy as pie.
Fill your boots.

If anyones concerned about storage, I put this thread together a little while ago:

number of free cloud storage options for an amazing little phone!

got one of these from Argos and it is by far the best phone I have had.

Bought one last week from Argos and love it to bits!! The Mrs is even jealous that I give the phone more attention than her

Nice thread. I went for the 50GB Google drive. Worth noting that if you take a photo(maybe video too) you can set it to google+ and view on your account on your PC and view them or download to Pc from there. I'm sure someone could describe it better. Ps I know no one uses google+ but it's handy for this...

2 things.
1, this phone has no memory card slot.
2, Microsoft windows phone don't allow apps on sd card, only pictures and music.

You might be ok, don't Ovivo use the vodaphone network? If it doesn't work, it's only £2 from ebay and most people have reported getting an unlock code in less than an hour

Chargers are never handy, I only have about 6-7 spare. That's why HTC bucked the trend and stopped giving one a while ago...

Fantastic phone with nano-coated technology allowing full use in the rain :-)

Buy phone, update KitKat with OTA - Unlock Bootloader - Root Phone - Install Xposed Framework then finally install GravityBox (KK edition obviously!)!

The Moto G is sooooooooo much better once GravityBox is installed, I have now removed the annoying software buttons and can now appreciate the whole of the amazing IPS screen. Pie pop up Nav controls is massively better allowing greater control and options :-)

has anyone who has this had problems with signal on Vodafone network when upgrading to KitKat? its putting me off getting one as I'm tied into a vodaphone contract but want a new handset

None in Stevenage, only on Asda mobile at £110

I got the 8gb one (from tesco).

You end up with about 5.4gb spare space after all your old apps etc are transferred over. I don't keep a lot of music on it so 8gb version not a problem for me, must admit I would prefer a 16gb but you get what you pay for.

Don't forget you get 65gb cloud storage free - though that's not as handy as a drive.

AWESOME RAW ANDROID PHONE
GREAT BATTERY LIFE
GOOD CAMERA (THERES A HI RES OPTION)
AMAZING SCREEN
KITKAT 4.4 IS GREAT
TOTALLY RECOMMENDED

how's this hot? was £100 at tesco few month back, i paid £80
