It's upgradable beyond 7.0. My last OTA on this device was to Android 7.1.1 and it'll run Oreo no problem if Lenovo ever get round to it. Only downside is the poor battery so I added the power mod to mine which does away with the whole advantage of how ridiculously slim it is without it, but it just feels like a normal size phone now. I paid £300 for it new from John Lewis where it normally retailed for £500 and mine is just the single SIM model so £257 is a steal, although I know nothing about Eglobal.
stupid small battery ruins it.....

Still better than most Chinese phones from Gearbest and Aliexpress posted here as their actual battery capacity is only half or much less that what is given in the specification.
Battery is not an issue guys, come on. Watch this guy's in depth review, battery life starts at 10:50 here:
So where is this shipped from? Is it China/HK or UK? Thanks

Thanks, so no import duties and taxes. Excellent.
I've had issues where my screen went black, but the buttons still responded. It was a warranty repair after owning it for 2 months. After another month, my Bluetooth stopped responding, so they changed the motherboard. Ensure it's UK stock as I'm not sure Motorola would have been so helpful with grey imports.

China. Terms and conditions make references to import duty etc. A work colleague ordered from here, and the parcel was very obviously from China or HK. It did arrive within a few days with no customs, though, to be fair. Also, if you want to return, you get your refund less £15. Very iffy. Pint?
Like greenandwhite, I too paid £299 for this phone, from John Lewis (it came with an extra years warranty) and I agree with his view - good phone, average camera, battery life is not good enough, although It charges up really quickly. Not sure I'd want a grey import...

On successful payment, the Item is shipped from HK to an intermediary in UK, then forwarded to buyer. Not aware of any stock being held in UK.
Usual comment to seriously consider direct payment to merchant by UK credit card to benefit from UK-based Section75 protection.
anybody used these guys before, I got one of these phones from JL but the Bluetooth failed and they didn't have anymore. Would like another...
