Look like it doesn't work with Samsung TV series 7 or series 8 (the post is almost a year old and maybe the new firmware fixed the issue)

anyone used this on a pc? does the home button act as a windows button?

Can anyone confirm its definitely UK layout? (Picture on product page doesn't appear to be)

Very interesting, that would make it lava hot!

But even with just the keyboard, it's a really nice deal. At this price point you can only get some crappy no-name keyboards...

Thanks caloandrea, I have the 6 series, have to say I am a little tempted to just give it a go

Then don't buy it! This is not abput your likes but about the price. Can you find it cheaper?

Bought one from Zavvi recently. Nice bit of kit, was £14.99

Ive just ordered one of those, it does say keyboard and mouse on the checkout page.

Many thanks to the OP. Heat added and one ordered.

Use one whilst working away, never had any issues like slowness, equally responsive as a wired keyboard.

WooooHooooo! 2nd thing I've bought after seeing it here on this site - Wubs!

I have a logitech Y-X5A77 that would beg to differ with you. Its as fast and responsive as the logitech Y-BP62a Ultra-Flat usb keyboard I'm typing this on now.

Has anyone here any experience of this keyboard and can say what it feels like (spongy or mechanical) and if it does come with a mouse. If it does, its an ultra-bargain and I'm in.

This one is fine. (At least as good as any wireless keyboard). I wouldn't use a full size usb keyboard with a mobile device.

Better than the keyboard that was around the HP Touchpad? amazon.co.uk/Hew…X70

It feels like a modern soft chicklet keyboard. Like the new Lenovo ones for example on x series Thinkpads. (Not the really good IBM designed one).

Think it does. Cannot remember for certain but probably 80% sure it does.

I use this keyboard for my HTPC:

Really nice keyboard with a ball to control the mouse, if I remember correctly it was sub £10 from ebay but needs a USB slot for a little dongle.

There is a key combo you need to use to get it to pair to devices other than AOSP based Android ones. (Not sure about ones broadcom's stack like Android 4.2 or some earlier HTC devices should still work but might not be automatic).

"Note: To pair your keyboard with a computer, press
and hold the V, A, and R keys while turning on the
keyboard. Then follow the computer’s instructions to
complete pairing."

Probably fairly similar not worth getting one if you already have the touchpad one (Unless you want it specifically to pair easily with Android and you don't want to spend the time making the files you need in /system/usr/share/keymap).

External Keyboard Helper Pro should probably be able to sort out the Touchpad One but the thing is because it isn't a system app then it cannot automatically switch the IME it has to be done manually each time which is not optimal. (If it is working optimally then as soon as it pairs it should be able to disable the on screen keyboard with no messing about).

I think life would be easier if I just used a US layout put the £ sign on the 3 key but using alt gr like is done for the €

There is some apps that don't use an IME just the keyboard driver direct whole thing is a mess.

will this work on tabs? like note 10.1?

Ordered thanks op. And if it comes with mouse I will be blown away. Gonna use with my galavy s3 and hdmi dongle for big tv fun..... Have some Heat

Aoqy23. It will not include a mouse. That is just the category the product belongs to.

Just a word of warning: the keys are in the wrong place! For some reason they have moved [ ] ' ` # ; around - so if you are a touch typist, you will be mightily confused. Any idea how to fix that? I guess I could create my own keyboard layout, but I rather would Motorola actually stick to the description and use a standard layout.

Apologies for a daft one, but does it come with bluetooth adapter? I see no mention of it. Ta
