Oh yes and they cancelled the order after sending a "processed" email and took almost 3 weeks to refund the money (which was taken almost instantly)

Did Orange use to be on Quidco? I'm sure it was, but it ain't there now.

Used to be £5 for PAYG phones i think.

Yea, that's what I thought. :?
I'll try some other cashback sites Tomorrow.

Do they still do Orange Wednesdays?

For the cheap cinema tickets....

yes... (txt "film" to "241")

Cheers bud, just ordered one....

From what I heard, they were problemtic with payment, so Quidco dropped them.

That's funny, Quidco are getting problematic with tracking, so I'm dropping them. Hehehe

Normally it would be cookie problems if yours don't track.

Not really, it's just that some quidco sites won't track at all, no matter what you do!
I am also considering using other cashback alternatives, I have quite a few untracked/unpaid transactions with Quidco...

In the last one month, quidco tracked for me only once even though I did shopping 4 times. Never had a pbm with rpoints. I will go back to them again:roll:

Says you have to top up with £20 now.

Original Poster

yeah, they have changed it to a £20 minimum top-up now :x

Yep, it was the same with other cashback sites, Orange just didn't like paying out.

Can't get it not to add the £20 top up (minimium) any thoughts?

Check the other (tesco f3) thread for the link to the cpw Virgin deal for the f3 - it's only £10 top-up, you get £5 quidco, the sim comes with £5 on it and the phone is unlocked when you get it - seems a lot better to me.

Top up now required

Am not sure if anyone noticed, but i just got this phone delivered today and the invoice says total for the order is #0.00.
Does this mean this i got this for free. I checked my cc statement online now, and there is no record for the 9.99.

saayinia, nah thats just there stupid invoicing system, you will get billed the right amount regardless of what 0.00 amount on the invoice.

Got mine today (ordered it as an Xmas prezzie for my grandfather) and I have to say this is one of the worst mobiles I have ever seen!

I know it's supposed to be really basic and just have the 'bare bones' but it is very complicated to use!

Does anyone know what the returns policy is like with Orange? He has enough trouble getting on with his current Nokia- I just know he's gonna have trouble with this!
