There was formally a £15 off, with a 'Which' Consumers Promotion, found here:

Though I'm not sure if that additional promotion remains valid (but either way, you literally have nothing to lose for also going for anyway?. :-)

Excellent!, good to hear, lol.

Potentially makes this Phone more of a bargain price in the long run. :-)
Again - you can get the Moto X4 for £109.99-£174.99 which adds IP68 rating (not sure whether this has USC, but x4 does), so only reason to get this is if you want a bigger screen.
Good Price, mine was £260 but security updates are 5 months out of date, Android Oreo updates are none existent and the help website gives you the run around. In hindsight I would have gone for a new Nokia.

No offense but, who's ever bothered with any of them things for in the first place ever?.

Eg. Year's back (as in nearer 2000 kinda time) when I had 'issues' with a Motorola Phone (pre-Google buyout day's), did I try to hook up a Motorola Service Station of sorts to 'sort it'? (who'd even heard of such things in the first instance?, yet alone how/where to link that from thereafter, etc?).

And in a similar vain, eg. 2. when I also had 'issues' with my Ericsson Phone (pre-SonyEricsson/pre-Sony day's), where there also numerous Ericsson Service Station's around to contend with also?.

Nope, and double nope basically ...

(Only Nokia could boast Service Station's of it's own around that kinda timeline?).

To cut a long story short, I forwarded most of my Phone 'ills' to CarPhoneWarehouse's Service Station's instead? - that's kind of what such place's are sort of for, etc?.

(Isn't that what most people in the UK with Mobile Phone 'issues' do from not just back in the day, but from more recently as well?).

Just an open thinking out loud moment. :-)

In a nutshell,, take your Phone woes to CarPhoneWarehouse/CPW, job done. :-)

Disclaimer, no, I don't work for CPW. :-)

I bought my sister an E4+ last May and it developed a fault with the earpiece speaker. There was a moto approved service centre 20 miles away and she got it back in a couple of days.
Cold. Had one of these and returned it. Nice build and performance but poor cameras and also after an update I received the signal strength became worse even after a reset. Using 4G the signal would constantly dip in and out even when stationary

There you go then?, lol.

My above previous example was geared more specifically nearer the Year 2000 time though?.

As nearer that timeframe (other than Nokia of course), very few other major Mobile Phone Manufacturers had such Service Centre 'presences' isn't it? - including Mobile Phone Networks, before, or since? (but I digress a little).

As for the Mobile Phone Manufacturers with Service Centre's/Station's are concerned, what's happened as per their own 'abilities' and the like, since where the Year 2000 and any/all the above is concerned (be that good, and/or bad in some way, is a whole different animal in itself ... )

I was simply brainstorming some ideas I was aware before, that's all. :-)

No worries, wasn't wanting to contradict you, just commenting on the current situation.
I have this phone and for this money it's great. If you're not in a hurry I see Amazon are taking orders on the new G6, might be worth you considering.
